VP Kamal Harris and Gov. Tim Walz has the potential of empowering them to win this election. Words are powerful and can be used in a positive or negative context.
We have to choose to use words that are truthful and will support the agenda we want to move forward to save our democracy. We have to act from a place of integrity and honesty. We must share information that highlights the good things that we feel our candidates are capable of and what they are promising to execute to enhance the quality of life for all Americans. We must use words that people can relate to so that they feel included and relevant in the process of electing someone who will have an immense impact on their life and the lives of their children. We must be transparent in everything we are professing on the Democrat platform.
People are so entrenched with lies and misinformation that I think at times they feel that they cannot breathe. Just like us they want representation that is truthfully representation. They want to know that they are seen and heard. Our nation is so diverse, and our standards of living has turned into the haves and have nots. The gap has grown because of greed, lust for power, and a need to control others so that they can dismantle our precious Democracy, keep us divided by promoting hatred and the “isms” feed the ideological differences that are tearing us apart as a nation.
Choose your words carefully! Never put people on the defensive. Choose who you decide to share your choice for and it would be better in some circumstances to share what you want for this country first and then follow up with how you feel our candidates would serve us in the manner we deserve to be supported in our lives.
