Today’s Reflection # 214 I’m Just Sayin #214. Saobona (I see you)- Voiced

“Saobona Auntie” – “Saobona my little one”

We are engaged in the processes of reflection, introspection, and accessing our ideas of how we want to carve out a new way of living our lives so that as individuals and as a collective humanity we are in a better place that will enable us to “live the fullness of this life’s journey”.

I have shared some of my feelings and dreams for co-creating a healthier and more sustainable quality of life that everyone of us can participate in.  We have talked about the value of love, peace, compassion, and justice being an integral part of what our foundation requires to move and vibrate at that level of existence.

To move forward after we have opened ourselves to tuning in to the messages that we are graced with from the “spirit world”, there is still so much more work to be done.  We talked about first loving ourselves so that we are whole and healthy enough to love others.  We talked about being able to love unconditionally, and in order to be able to do that authentically, we must rid ourselves of the habit of judgment and “see the person” and accept the person for who they are as their authentic self.  It means we really have to take the time and energy to invest in the people and children we are in community with.  It has to start there before we can talk about reaching out to people that we have not developed a relationship with.

This is not about, not being inclusive in our nature, it is about making sure our own houses are in order first so that it stands on a firm foundation.  Why is this important?  It is important because as we step out into the world to live life and exchange our life energy with others, we will need the love and support from whence we come.

We have to develop the skill and capacity to operate in our relationships from the insight of “Saobona” – meaning- “I see you”! That is being able to look into someone’s eyes and go beyond the physical connection and recognize the “Soul Essence” of another person. It is a magical moment when you are able to “See someone”.  The moment comes charged with a light energy that can take your breath away and leave you speechless.

It is a lot easier to “See” children than it is to see adults.  Children are clear and don’t usually put up a lot of filters to keep you at bay, unless they don’t like what they see in your “Soul”! Children can read us within seconds of being in our space.  They don’t have to look into our eyes to see you!  They read our vibration and respond accordingly.  Those adults that can still do that are ahead of the task.

We all had that capability as children.  Funny how we lose sight of so many of the innate gifts we had as children.  The good thing is that we have the power and wisdom to work on retrieving what we need that was pure and purposeful from our childhood.  It might mean staying in touch with the child spirit within us and allowing ourselves to feel the freedom and clarity that comes with that stage of our being.  We owe it to ourselves and to those we are in relationship to let them know “we see them” as an expression of our love and interest in their life.

P.S. This has been a long and busy day so forgive me if this “Stream of my Consciousness” is a little foggy!

So, breathe deeply! Close your eyes and visualize something that brings you back into homeostasis with your soul expression.  May today bring you a sense of peace, joy, and moments of feeling loved and validated for who you are and what you are gifting humanity.

Ashé! Have a Blessed Day!

**Note: These recordings are based on my blog writings, and all of this comes through Spirit.  The recordings are a reflection of the writings and are not edited because I do not want to alter what is coming to me through “Great Spirit”.  I am not seeking perfection, only serving as a vessel to bring love, peace, and joy, to our humanity.

Thank You, Jim Brickman for your beautiful music that vibrates through this recording. This is a selection from his album – “Music to Quiet Your Mind and Sooth Your World”.
