Sunday Morning Prayers #54 But For the Grace of God…

Gratitude for all the blessings I have received!
Always given in the timing of “Great Spirit”,
which is always what I need when I need it.

Dear Great Spirit,

I approach you with humility for all have done in my life that has seen me through the challenges that have confronted me, and for being present with me and for me in the joys and abundance that has blessed my life. So often we forget to acknowledge that you are as near as our next breath, and as deeply involved in our life that our souls have access to your Holy Spirit 24/7, from this earthly realm to eternity and beyond! We forget to stop, look, and listen to you, we miss an opportunity for your divine intervention in our life as well as a chance to just be in a state of “being” with you! Those times we open up and surrender to your will for our divine destiny journey, we are blessed with peace, joy, compassion, and an understanding of knowing that all is “well with our souls”!

What a blessing it is to be in communion with you “Great Spirt! I don’t understand how people live without being entrenched in your unconditional love! There is in my mind no feeling like being wrapped in your arms of emotional security! There is nothing like being in connection with you in mind, body, and spirit. Living a life without voids! Living a life where you can share the essence of your being which is a reflection of the God within you is the “good life” a life that has meaning and purpose!

Sunday Morning Prayers #52 The Miracles That “Great Spirit” Can Perform When We need Intercession and Intervention.

The Political Spiritual Warfare that is going on in this country weighed heavily on my heart and soul.  I held on to my faith that “Great Spirit” would hear my prayer and intercede on behalf of righteousness and justice and that are democracy would be sustained. Peace be still oh my soul!

Dear “Great Spirit”

Let me start by saying “Thank you for your intercession on our behalf”!  Thank you for hearing my prayers!  I know that you have so much going on to attend to in this vast chaotic world with more than 8.12 billion souls that you feel that you have a sense of responsibility for.  Trust me, I am here just observing what is going on from a distance and I was feel completely overwhelmed.  So, thank you for loving and caring about us enough that you turned the tides of the election in this country that will ultimately, impact the entire world.  ‘Great Spirit, take hold of our of leaders and put them in positions to make righteous decisions. 

Touch the hearts and minds of people that are in a position to be destructive and perpetrate acts of hate and malice towards other people. Infuse love, honesty, integrity, ethics, and moral fiber into their souls so that our world leaders that are capable of executing wisdom, discernment, guidance and compassion in their task to govern and support the citizenry of their country will do so.

We are asking for your divine touch to awaken people to the understanding that our freedoms in all aspects of our life is not something we can entrust to others to sustain and protect by themselves.  Each of us have the ability to be “change makers” that can save our planet and our humanity.  Strengthen us to “Stand up”, “Speak up”, and “Show up”!  We know in our hearts of hearts that with “You, Great Spirit”, all things are possible! Thank you for quieting my anxiety and soothing my soul!

Sunday Morning Prayers #49 If it is true that all there really is -is Love-and that only through being able to love one another, can the elements of “Love” which are respect, kindness, compassion, and forgiveness, are we able to sustain humanity and manifest the world we want to live in.

Children intuitive in their natural self, are kind, compassionate, and don’t hold on to things that are not “nice” to them because they are “pure love”.

“Great Spirit”,

We know if we are honest with ourselves that you created us in love to love and be love. We know that all that moves and sustains the planet and humanity is “love”. It is amazing how complicated we make our relationships with each other and how we struggle to contain our egos so that we can allow ourselves to love first you “Great Spirit”, then ourselves, our family, friends, and then to be able to embrace our connection to humanity. We have difficulty relinquishing our sense of control so that many times we strike out in defense and consequently, we come at people from a pain body instead of love. When we do this “Great Spirit”, we are not acting from a place of love, but from a place of fear.

We pray “Great Spirit” that you will guide us to a practice of releasing the “Rackets” that hold us back from being the light of love, respectfulness, kindness, compassion, and the ability to forgive ourselves and to be able to forgive others. We want to be all you designed us to be because if we are we can be as a collective the vibration that will uplift the world so that your vision and dream for us and this planet will come to fruition.

We thank you “Great Spirit”, for loving us so unconditionally and eternally.

Sunday Morning Prayers #48. Our Elders are Our Blessings Waiting to Unfold Their Wisdom and Life’s Lessons

We need to sit beneath their feet and
listen attentively to what our elders have to share.
The lessons of their life are keys to the treasure they hold in their souls.
Wait not want not.
There are “Oracles” in our midst that can change the direction of negative vibrations that are engaging us in “Spiritual Warfare”.
These elders of wisdom are there for the asking.

I have been so blessed to have been raised and mentored by the most wonderful women and men who took it upon themselves to take an interest in my life.  I guess I must have been a weird child because I loved engaging with my elders.  I would sit and listen to the conversations of all my aunts, grandmothers, surrogate aunties and uncles.  Their stories fascinated me.  So many pearls of wisdom.  It is important for us to realize the value of our elders and what they bring to the quality of our life.

Today I am called to share perhaps the most beautiful affirmational prayer that I have had the pleasure of receiving with the invitation to share this prayer with as many people as I can.  This woman-“The Oracle”, Nadine LeBlanc is the most artistically and  spiritually gifted person I have ever had the blessing to call my life time friend.  Her life has been a testimony to tenacity, positive vibrations, faith in the power of God, the ability to love the love in others, and the recognition that she is an instrument of peace, joy, love, and compassion for others. So, with all of this in mind, I will share her affirmation that  has been the anchor on which she has charged through life with.  Please take this prayer to heart and let it have its way with the grounding of your own life.  Recite it every day and please share it with others.

Prayer of Affirmation

Divine order takes charge of my life, today and every day, all things work together for the good for me today.

This is a new and wonderful day for me, there will never be another day just like this one.

Divine love surrounds me, and wraps me, and I go forward in peace, miracles shall follow miracles and wonders shall never cease.

Whenever my attention wanders away from that, that is good and constructive, I will immediately bring it back to the contemplation that is lovely and a good report.

I am a spiritual and a mental magnet, attracting all things that bless and prosper me.

I am going to be a wonderful success in all my undertakings, and I go forth in peace.

I let go and let God, and so it is. Thank you, father, mother, God.

I’m Just Sayin- Notes from Beth #75 I Believe in Grace and Mercy, but I have My Limits When People Start to Defame the Character of “Christ”-This is ‘Blasphemy”!

Bring us back to our right minds “Great Spirit”!

Blasphemy, in a religious sense, refers to the great disrespect shown to God or to something holy, or to something said or done that shows this kind of disrespect: heresy refers a belief or opinion that does not agree with the official belief or opinion of a particular religion- credit -Merriam-Webster Dictionary.

To begin with, Jesus Christ was brought before Pontius Pilate, the Roman governor by the authorities in Roman Judea for execution on charges of blasphemy for being called “the King of the Jews”.  Pontius Pilate had the authority to have Jesus put to death.  I think Pontius Pilate instinctually knew that Jesus was “special in the human experience” and did not want to crucify Jesus, so he handed the decision back to the people who were mesmerized by those that were threatened by the spiritual power that Jesus was endowed with. Pontius Piolet gave the angry crowds of people a choice of either saving a thief or Jesus, and as we know historically the crowd told him to save the thief.  Be clear, Jesus cannot be put in the same category as a “convicted felon “!  In fact, no one should claim to be in the same spiritual category as Jesus!  It absolutely blows my mind to hear people like Marjorie Green liken Christ as a felon to Trump.  This goes beyond my ability to be patient, bestow grace or mercy.  This is a direct afront to not only “Christ”, but to “Great Spirit”.  The life and significance of Jesus goes way beyond the confines of a religious confine!  Christ was and is part of the great plan of “Great Spirit” to bring peace not discord, love not hate, compassion not arrogance, wisdom not insolence, discernment not for us to be obtuse of purblind. 

I am not at all happy with the way we are engaging in this country, and across the world.  We have in our human condition allowed ourselves to be swept up into lies, deceit, judgment, conditional love, void of compassion, greed, selfishness, cons, and the worst of all allowing the sacredness of “Great Spirit’s” gift to humanity- Jesus Christ to be once again hit with blasphemy and inuendoes of being an element of criminal character. We need to call people out when they do this because if don’t, then we have abandoned our responsibility for the sanctity of our faith and belief in the purpose of Christ life.  We will have proved ourselves ungrateful and unworthy of the sacrifices He made to make this world what “Great Spirit” intended.  It is not about being Christian or any other institutional system of religion.  It is about the principles that Christ stood for that would make us a space to be the best possible version of our own “divine identity”. 

This madness has to stop!  We can’t keep allowing this misinformation and degradation of all that we know that sustains humanity to demise to complete destruction!  Speak Up people! I don’t profess to be a theologian, but I know that they have no idea who they are dealing with.  This is not about the God of the New Testament, this is about the God of the Old Testament, and that is a wholly different experience. Talk about judgment! From what I have read and understand, God of the Old Testament does not play!  If I did not speak out about my convictions then I too would be complicit to this blasphemy on the character and divinity of Christ’s life and “work” to be a servant in the service of humanity.

Sunday Morning Prayers #47 The Authentic Life Lived as Your Authentic Self.

It is amazing how authentic children are!
When and how do we lose our ability as adults to be authentically who we are?

Dear Great Spirit,

I don’t know how you handle us losing or forgetting who you designed us to be as authentic divine beings.  Our authentic divine being is so structured to allow us to navigate life and our life experiences with such tenacity of honesty, integrity, passion, compassion, love, and beauty that we bless the lives of those we not only hold dear, but everyone we encounter and engage with.  We are meant to be walking, talking, vibrations of love, peace and understanding of what we need and what others need to feel loved, honored, respected, and worthy.  We are all worthy of receiving the best of what life has in store for us. 

We are born through your love “Great Spirit”, and you created us equally.  Not one of us is more “worthy” of what is beautiful and wonderful that the gift of life holds for each of us.  We don’t have to assume an identity that does not fit us.  We don’t have to act outside the fabric of our true identity to take on worldly elements that causes pain and discomfort to others. This negative behavior causes us to leave the light of our spiritual connection we thee.  This sacred connection with thee is the core of who we are. 

Making others wrong, small, and feeling unworthy, does not in any way elevate our soul’s development.  Resorting to telling untruths on other people to make ourselves right or to justify trying to manipulate circumstances in our favor or to benefit us in anyway is damaging to the sanctity of our soul.  This is not who you created us to be “Great Spirit”, and we are so desperately, those of us that are cultivating this eternal vibrational connection to you, are seeking to have and sustain. 

We want to live as our authentic divine selves.  We want to be loving, kind, honest, and gentle to others.  We want to stay fixed in your Holy light of protection and grace.  We are not perfect!  You did not design us to be perfect because you wanted to see us grow in light and love.  Please walk with us and talk with us along this life’s journey so that we might stay the course and fulfill our purpose and enrich the beauty and majesty of our soul.  We know in our heart of hearts that what we sow so shall we reap. Keep us close “Great Spirit”! Keep us close!

P.S. I know it seems that there is a thread of consciousness around the importance of our “Divine Identities” in all my different categories of blogs, but “Great Spirit” keeps calling my attention to this topic so I think there is a universal message for a “Call to Action” on our part at this time in consideration to the state of our world affairs and who we are showing up as in our human condition.

Sunday Morning Prayers #46 Our Soul’s Journey.

The Destination of Our Souls is Scripted in Our “Divine Contract” that is Manifested On Our Divine Journey.

Dear “Great Spirit”,

Today’s prayer is dedicated to all of us that have experienced the “transition” of a “loved one”. I want to share this prayer on behalf of all my family and friends that have had and are currently dealing with the healing process, which is an individual and personal process.  I want to share what I know from my beliefs and experiences in life to be true to this process of healing.  First, we must realize that our life in the flesh is an alignment of our earthly being and our spiritual being.  We come on our divine journey with a spiritual “Life Contract”. 

This “Divine Life’s Contract” is designed for us in conjunction with “Great Spirit”.  Each contract is unique to what our “soul is yearning for and what our soul needs in order to grow and evolve”.  There are carefully outlined lessons to work through that will enhance the fabric and texture of our “soul’s illumination and spiritual evolution.  The other element of the “Divine Life’s Contract”, is our “Divine Identity”, which is who we are and how we operate in this world.  It is the element that aligns our life’s lessons with the major element in our reason to be here in the flesh- “Our Divine Purpose”.   This “Divine Life’s Contract” has an expiration date, that only “Great Spirit” knows.  This expiration date is set for this earthly plane experience but there is no expiration date for the soul.  The conciliation gift we have for the “transition of our loved ones” is the knowing, faith, and belief, that our soul’s journey never ends but are eternally ever present in the lives of those that have loved us here on earth and in heaven.  It is absolutely amazing what the “soul energy” can accomplish in our lives when we are open and receptive of the love and care of their “spirit”. 

I have had first-hand experience of the loving ancestral souls supporting me from afar.  Once I realized that we are more than our physicality, and that the major essence of our being is our soul’s expression, I found the peace I needed to accept their transition and relate to them more fully and boundlessly.  There is healing in the peace that surpasses all understanding!  There is joy in the morning!  There will always be an eternal bond with our loved ones from the earthly plane to the ethers of the “spirit plane” some call heaven.

So, my prayer today “Great Spirit” is that you will heal our hearts and guide us in our process of understanding that each of us have lessons to learn to expand our soul’s expression, that we have a “divine identity, and that our soul has a purpose that is unique to who we are to “You”- “Great Spirit”.  Let not our hearts be heavy laden with unending sorrow, but find joy, peace, and unconditional, unlimited love from the souls of our angels that have taken flight.

Sunday Morning Prayers #45 I Know In My Spirit That “Great Spirit” is Alive and Well! 

Mine eyes have seen the wonders of “Great Spirit’s” existence.

“Dear Great Spirit”,

I just have to thank you for all you have provided us, and for all you do to intercede on our behalf in this world and on our “Divine Life’s Journey”.  I know that there is a lot of talk and conversation that has taken place throughout the existence of “humanity”, about your existence and purpose in our lives, but I stand as a witness from my soul’s existence that you “Great Spirit” are real, not only on this earthly plane, but more importantly, on the “Spiritual Plane”, that has no beginning and no end.  You are available and accessible to all that seek the truth of who you are and have a yearning to rekindle an eternal relationship with you. 

I realize that from the conception of your creating and designing each of our souls, you poured yourself into us, and that as we grow from childhood into adulthood, we sometimes lose sight of you, or loose that umbilical connection.  Things in life that we experience or don’t have an opportunity to experience can impact the tie that binds us to you, and it can result in severing the connection, or blinding us to even remembering there was and is a connection.  It is a loss that can re-direct the course of our life’s journey. 

I have known of your presence and relationship in my life since childhood.  It was not something someone told me about or that a religious institution or doctrine taught me.  It was a knowingness in my “spirit”, and it is a “spirit” to “Spirit” connection.  You have filled me with a relationship clothed in “pure unconditional love”.  You have guided me in learning on how to be still and listen to your voice of wisdom and discernment.  You are constantly reminding me that I have the strength to rely on my faith and trust in you and that you would never abandon me when I need you, even if what I am challenged with could seem insignificant to others.  You don’t judge me, you counsel me.  You allow me to make my own choices trusting that because I am in relationship with you, I will see my choices as “life lessons” not “mistakes in my life”.  You have taught me that I am enough on this earthly plane, because I am more than what people can see or surmise me to be. To know me is to see the “God Spirit” within me. 

I celebrate every day that I awaken to the sound of your voice as you whisper in my ear, “It’s a New Day filled with new beginnings.  I can go thru my day with ease and grace, free from other people’s expectations or demands, because you have advised me, that I will only get done what you intended for me to do”.  You are the goal post for my life.  My prayer today is that others have an opportunity to seek you out and reconnect with you – “spirit to Spirit”.  It’s an amazing life journey with you as Capitan of my ship.

I’m Just Sayin- Notes from Beth #72 You Can Make Alterations, but You Can’t Re-Design Our Original Divine Identity. 

We nurture, we guide, we protect,
but we cannot re-design ourselves or anyone else.

This thought has been rolling around in my head for some time as I observe not only children but the adults that I observe as we engage in each other’s lives.  It is not in our best interest to try to re-design what in its original creation, is perfection.  We are created in and by the “mindset” of “Great Spirit”, who is the master of intelligence, artistry, and spiritual wisdom.  We were given all the attributes we need to navigate on our “Divine Life’s Journey”, and we were designed to know that we “are enough”!  We were not designed to have to spend our lifetime trying to make ourselves someone that we are not. Refection and introspection are important undertakings for us to do in our human condition, in order for us to evolve into the fullness of who we are.  I believe to the core of my being that we come here knowing who we are and that our “work” in our physical being is to tap into our “Spiritual” being to work through the challenges of “this world”. 

We are not required to try to change ourselves to meet the expectations or made-up standards of society.  We are who we need to be as part of the humongous fabric of humanity. The “call” is not to change who we are, the “call” is to grow more beautifully into who we are. Look inside to find your truth, not outside at the physical attributes that house your soul.  Your true “self” resides in your “Spirit” and is waiting and wanting, for us to be in alignment with what “Great Spirit” has endowed us to be.   Trust me when I say that trying to be someone that we are not, and putting our energy into re-writing the script of our“Divine Identity and our “Divine Life’s Journey” does not work in the long run.  What a great relief it should be for us to know that we can chose to be our “authentic divine amazing selves” and that we don’t have to try to be who we are not.  It is a waste of our time and energy to delve into things that distract us from going through life as “Great Spirit” designed us to be. 

Be happy for who you are and who you have the potential of becoming.  It’s all there!  Remember how you felt about yourself as a very young child? The essence of our “divine identity” can be called upon if we just reach back and let that knowledge resurge within the “us” of today and tomorrow.

Sunday Morning Prayers #43. A Mother’s Prayer                     

We hold our children in our arms and in our hearts always.

Dearest Great Spirit,

We are so blessed to have mothers and the purpose and role they play in the design of our humanity! Please endow them with the loving nature, strength, patience, wisdom, grace, discernment, selflessness, nurturing nature, advocacy skill, and communication skills they will need to mother their children! Protect our mother’s and give them the care they need to enrich and sustain their lives!  Let them know you are always within them, beside them, and have gone before them to prepare them for the challenges they will undoubtfully face as a “mother”! 

“Great Spirit”, protect them as they give so much of their life and spiritual energy to their children! Motherhood is a life time commitment and without your support, there is no way we as mothers can navigate this world and keep our children safe and healthy! It’s like mother’s have to have a field force of protection that we cover our children with so when they are not with us physically, we are with them spiritually! This connection with our children is divined! When we step into the position of “Mother”, something clicks within us that is an innate element of our design.  The potential is within us, but that too must be nurtured and protected.
So “Great Spirit”, hear our prayer and incline thy hear to us and grant us thy love, peace, and joy today on Mother’s Day!
