Dear “Great Spirit”,
You and you alone know when we need to step back from the world and take the time and opportunity to go into our sacred space to retreat, reflect, restore, and reset. Sometimes we get so absorbed in trying to keep the rat race on track that we forget to stop, look at ourselves, and take stock of where we are in our life. We know that you have our best interest at heart and that you want us to take care of ourselves. We know that by taking out “Me Time” we put ourselves in a position to re-enter into our lives with more vitality, purpose, enthusiasm, and love for the gift of our life. “Great Spirit”, Lead us, guide us, incline thine ear to us, and remind us that we must honor and respect this body temple that you have endowed us with.
