It is for so many of us the end of our work week. We are wrapping the tasks we have been engaged in all week, and our minds, bodies, and spirits, are seeking a time for rest and restoration. We all need a time in the week when we are not “On” busy doing and fulfilling not just our own expectations, but the expectations of others that interface in our space.
We all need that time of refuge, when we can remove ourselves and go within to our own private sacred time and space. So, this morning I am inviting you to step into the vision of what you want that sacred time and space to do for you physically, mentally, and spiritually. I want you to give yourself love and care if it is only for a moment in time. We all need to have some “ME TIME”. We need that time to go within and commune with our “Creator”. WE need that time to breathe deep breaths that will fill our lungs and remove all the vibrations that have taken up space and caused us anxiety and stress.
Just like we make plans and task are put upon us, we must take hold of our desire to have a life that exhumes joy, peace, love, and a gentle compassionate fabric. This is the time that we have license to dismiss all the illusional chaos that is perpetuating negativity and violence in the world. We remind ourselves that we are “In the World, but not of the World”. This is the time of faith and trust that “Great Spirit” has a “Master Plan”, and that we are being cared for. Be whole in your blessing of life. Be gentle in your coming and going with yourself. Be Joy! Be Love! Be Harmony! Be and see Beauty! Be a compassionate Connection! Oh What a Glorious Day Friday Has the Potential of Being For Humanity! It is a Day That Brings Into Manifestation The Most Important Elements of Who And What Humankind Is Called To BE!

When “Spirit” Speaks, We Must “Listen and Do”!
The very thought of this day now takes my breath away. It is like I can take the deepest most life fulfilling sacred energy force through my breath, that takes me to a higher vibrational level. The things I can envision for humanity and especially our children, sets my heart pounding and my mind spiraling into a heavenly state of pure bliss and happiness. Friday is aligned with the energy of Venus, not in a romantic sense, but love as a binding magnetic force of spiritual context that promotes healing and alignment with the “One Source”, the “Collective Consciousness”. It is humanity “in love with and for humanity”. It crosses all trivial and nonsensical barriers and frees us to be in relationship with one another. In a relationship without judgement, that is non-transactional, and with hidden agendas.
Friday calls us to come into that aspect of ourselves that is gentle and loving.
Friday calls us to love ourselves and to be open to loving others that are worthy of our love and attention.
Friday calls us to remember that our relationships must be created with a fabric that is sacred if they are to endure the experiences of this world.
Friday calls us to be convicted in our belief that beauty and grace heals what effort exhausts.
Friday calls us to remember that love is an action, not a sentiment so that we love unconditionally, without judgment and biases that separate us from each other.
So today, Friday provides a sacred space for us to move gently, listen generously, and to respond to each other with love and compassion.
