Dear ‘Great Spirit’,

Ní raibh sé seo le bheith mar ábhar an bhlag inniu, ach chuir “Spiorad Mór” an t-ábhar seo de leigheas domhanda ar an bpláinéad seo agus ár ndaonnacht i mo “Spiorad”, agus bhí orm a bheith umhal.  We are being “Called” to “Call Out” the conditions of this world and put our fragile human nature in alignment with the ethics, morals, and the righteousness of what our souls were intended to be.  Never in my life have I witnessed so much intentional, blatant, and tenacious evil being perpetrated on humanity and attacked on this planet that has been gifted to us.

God morgon mina vänner,

Det behöver inte sägas att detta var en händelserik vecka i vår globala värld.  Det händer bra saker, och samtidigt händer det saker som vi alla som världsmedborgare måste ta itu med.  Jag tror att “välgörenhet börjar hemma och innan jag kan ge råd och ingripa i andra länders angelägenheter, måste jag hitta ett sätt att använda mina talanger och gåvor för att delta i att lösa de omständigheter som plågar mitt hemland.  Samtidigt är jag medveten om att vi är ett globalt samhälle som är beroende av varandra när det gäller vår planets och mänsklighetens hållbarhet.   Med allt detta sagt är det samtidigt viktigt för oss att ta hand om oss själva. 

Vi är av vår natur som kvinnor, vårdare och beskyddare.  Det verkar för mig som om så många av oss hamnar i en position av skuldkänslor om vi hänger oss åt att ta oss tid att göra saker för oss själva.  För vissa av oss är det en “hit and miss”-tid att vi tar oss tid att skämma bort oss själva och använder ursäkten att vi måste göra det ena eller det andra eftersom vi har en social skyldighet och ännu värre, vi börjar ta hand om oss själva eftersom vi har ett hälsoproblem. När vi tillåter oss själva att agera i “hit and miss”-tiden, eller “jag måste göra det här för mig själv eftersom…”, gör vi inte bara oss själva en tjänst, vi visar andra att vi inte älskar och respekterar oss själva.  Dessutom, om vi inte tar hand om oss själva, kommer vi inte att ha resurser att stödja livet för dem vi älskar och respekterar i vår tur.

Vad som är grunden för att kunna ta hand om oss själva i denna kaotiska, upp och ner, inifrån och ut, värld som var och en av oss navigerar i är att först och främst identifiera vad som för oss till ett tillstånd av “Frid”.  När vi identifierar vår frid och prioriterar den i vårt själsuttryck, får vi stöd i att upprätthålla den utan dömande eller skuld.  När vi vandrar genom livet i “Fred” ger vi andra en önskan att hitta sin egen personliga frid.  När vi har den känslan av frid i vårt själsuttryck, kan det som händer med oss eller runt omkring oss hanteras på ett hälsosamt holistiskt sätt som ger beslutsamhet och jordning.  Fred kan vara motgiftet som lugnar vår ångest och oförmåga att dra oss tillbaka och observera innan vi reagerar på situationer.  Hitta lugnet mina vänner!  Du förtjänar lugn och möjlighet att “ta hand om dig själv”.  Var stilla i er frid, mina vänner, och observera hur saker och ting ser ut och känns annorlunda när ni kommer till världen i “Kraften av er Frid”!

En Español: Noticias de última hora!! ¡Es un nuevo día!!  7 de octubre de 2024- Día 53 ¡Prueba un poco de ternura!

Los “Boys” nos muestran cómo es un poco de ternura.

Qué dulce es ser amado y cuidado con “un poco de ternura”.  El hilo de la “Ternura”, que nos hace como seres humanos estar tan en contacto con nuestro auténtico yo, parece haber desaparecido del tejido de nuestras vidas al que estamos atendiendo.  Incluso lo ves en el reino animal, ya que algunas especies cuidan a sus crías con una especie de conexión etérea.  Tenemos esa capacidad de ser tiernos los unos con los otros si primero somos amorosos y tiernos con nosotros mismos.  Tenemos que experimentar el acto de la ternura para saber realmente lo que se siente en el extremo receptor y lo que hace por nosotros a nivel psicológico, fisiológico y espiritual. 

Ser tierno y amoroso en la naturaleza de tu ser, no significa que seas débil o poco sincero, al contrario, se necesita un gran coraje y un fuerte sentido de confianza y conciencia de ti mismo para poder ser vulnerable y abierto a lo que a veces podría ser el rechazo de la atención.  Muchos de nosotros no estamos acostumbrados a ser tratados con ternura y compasión.  No es un hecho en este mundo en este momento que las personas mostrarán ternura y bondad entre sí.  Sin embargo, eso no significa que no seamos capaces de dar y recibir los actos de ternura.  La ternura está envuelta en amor incondicional. 

La ternura está envuelta en ser sensible y consciente de tus necesidades y de las necesidades de los demás.  Cuando éramos niños ser tiernos y cariñosos, era más natural y se da sin previsión ni condiciones.  Es sólo en la medida en que sus experiencias les dicen que se abstengan de ser auténticamente ellos mismos, que esta capacidad de ternura y bondad puede disminuir.  ¡¡¡¡Oh!!!! Si tan solo pudiéramos mantener esos asombrosos elementos de nuestra Identidad Divina en nuestro estado de la infancia hasta la edad adulta, la expresión de nuestra alma sería lo que fue ordenada a ser en primer lugar. 

¡Vive siempre tu vida plena diariamente e intencionalmente!  Estén siempre en contacto con su “Identidad Divina” porque verán el mundo de manera diferente y responderán a él de una manera que les traiga alegría y paz.

Breaking News!! It’s A New Day!!! October 7th, 2024 – Day 53- Try a Little Tenderness!

How sweet it is to be loved and cared for with “just a little tenderness”.  The thread of “Tenderness”, that makes us as human beings so in touch with our authentic selves, seems to have disappeared from the fabric of our lives that we are tending to.  You even see it in the animal kingdom as you watch some species tend to their young with a sort of ethereal connection.  We have that ability to be tender with each other if we are first loving and tender to ourselves.  We have to experience the act of tenderness to actually know what it feels like on the receiving end and what it does for us on a psychological, physiological and spiritual level. 

To be tender and loving in your nature of your being, does not mean you are weak or insincere, on the contrary it takes great courage and a strong sense of confidence and awareness of yourself to be able to be vulnerable and open to what sometimes might be rejection of the attention.  So many of us are not accustomed to being treated with tenderness and compassion.  It is not a given in this world right now that people will show tenderness and kindness to each other.  However, that does not mean we are not capable of giving and receiving the acts of tenderness.  Tenderness is wrapped in unconditional love. 

Tenderness is wrapped in being sensitive and aware of your needs and the needs of others.  When we were children being tender and caring, was more natural and is given without forethought or conditions.  It is only as their experiences tell them to refrain from being authentically themselves that this ability of tenderness and kindness can diminished.  Oh!!!! If only we could keep those amazing elements of our Divine Identity” in our state of childhood into adulthood, our soul expression would be what it was ordained to be in the first place.  

Always live your full life daily and intentionally!  Always be in touch with your “Divine Identity” for you will see the world differently and respond to it in a way that brings you joy and peace.

I’m Just Sayin- Notes from Beth #66 Black History Month- “The State of the Culture”!

We lift up our praise and admiration for those ancestors that came before us and met the challenges in this land so that we and our children from generation to generation will not just survive but have the opportunity and support to thrive.
We must know our past to know where we are going now and in the future.

I thought that it would be appropriate to discuss the relevance and importance of the “hot” topic in our country right now in respect to “teaching Black History in our schools”.  There has been so much push back, effort to discredit the historical significance of our contribution to this nation, myths of how it would make other children that are not Black Americans feel, and the treat of the contextual revelation that –“We as Black Americans have played an important part in all aspects of creating and sustaining what should be “the greatest country in the world that professes the principles of being a “Democracy”.  This in itself is perhaps one of the greatest feats that mankind can strive to establish, protect, and maintain.  It requires the input and contributions of all its citizenry.  It is not an “I” accomplishment, it is a “we” accomplishment.  Recently, I engaged in a conversation on social media about this topic.  I was disappointed at some of the comments that were being said, and at the same time encouraged by the enlightenment of others.  This is not a closed topic until we come to the realization that our history must be rewritten to highlight the contributions of all the ethnicities that have worked to make this country what it has the possibility of being. We are a nation that must be inclusive not exclusive!  

My engagement in the conversation:

I am Inspired to participate in this social media conversation and to get a feel for where we are as humanity in our evolution.! I profess that there would not be a need for African American History classes if throughout our educational curriculum American History was based on the truth of what was and what is, instead of the lies and omissions of the truth of life in America! Every ethnicity that has contributed to the fabric and content should have their story and contributions reflected in what children learn. If not with social media access and the power of the “pen”, the time has come that the truth will prevail! You see when you tell a child they cannot have something and you deny them access to something, that’s when they become curious and seek it out for themselves! These children we have now are “indigo children”! They come here to enlighten the world. Their brains are wired differently, and their souls are more advanced! They are disappointed that we as humanity have not evolved to the point where we are able to host them and create the world that they were expecting! We have failed them and for so many their frustration has turned to violence and self-destruction. We have wasted their gifts! They see this world for what it is and they see no future! What a mess we have given them. We have got to turn this around if humanity is to not only survive but evolve and thrive.

I like the new response to all of the rhetorical myths about the history of this nation! To be sure- Black history, the diverse Asian history, the Indigenous people of this country, diverse ethnicities of Spanish origin, people of European descent, OMHG! America is the history of all the people that have lived, worked, raised families, and died in this country. All of us have made an impact on the history of this country and to deny any of us from being represented in this country’s history is merely fraudulent myths that are no longer sustainable in a society that has awakened from the designed and implemented illusions of supremacy and control. We are awake and will never slip into a coma of deceit or invalid perceptions of what is in fact the “TRUTH”. Ashe! Ashe!
