#4 -A Thought 4 Saturday To Carry You Through This Beautiful Day!
Each Day In Your Life is Unique!
Saturday asks us to forgive ourselves of the things we thought fell short of our own expectations. The beauty of this day is that we are given an opportunity to let ourselves off the hook of imposing expectations on ourselves! We strap ourselves with things that we really need to learn to “let go of” and come to the understanding that expectations are distractions from allowing us to live in the present of our life so that we are cognizant that all really is in “divine right order”. We weigh ourselves down with what my “Mom” use to call “Lots of foolishness”! There is an intention and a divine timing for everything we are called to do. Nothing is random or hap hazarded!
Remember that we only get done what “God” intended, and if we are in alignment with that belief, we can actually not only live our lives in the “Present” and in the company of the “Presence”, we save and protect our physical, emotional and spiritual health from the wrath of illness and anxiety. We are called to pace ourselves. We are called to go by the rhythm of our heart and soul. There is no rush and we don’t have to live in a scramble. Whatever it is and whoever is in need of something, if it is in the realm of intention, it gets done.
On a funny note! My brother-in-law taught me to write down all the things I wanted to do the next day. It did so for years and magically the things got done the next day effortlessly. I learned at the same time to realistically write down what I really wanted to do on the list that felt comfortable and honestly. I don’t want to do anything I don’t want to do. Now that’s peace!
So, breathe deeply! Close your eyes and visualize something that brings you back into homeostasis with your soul expression. May today bring you a sense of peace, joy, and moments of feeling loved and validated for who you are and what you are gifting humanity.
Ashé! Have a Blessed Day!
Go Gently! Breathe Deeply!
Thank You Jim Brickman for your beautiful music that vibrates through this recording. This is a selection from his album – “Music to Quiet Your Mind and Sooth Your World”.
