Spirit Blog #20:  There Is No Time Or Reason To Live In The In-Between!  Just Live!

We have all that we contracted for in our negotiations with “Great Spirit”.  We just have to live out the contract-our divine purpose and we have at our disposal exactly what we need to live the fullness of our lives as individuals and as a collective humanity. Just Live it!

This message awakened me this morning at about 5:30 am, which is really a little late for my conversations with God- “Great Spirit”.  Usually, I am awakened around 3:00 am and we get right down to business.  I say my prayer of thanksgiving and pose the daily question- “So what would you like me to share today?”  Then the conversation begins and I am completely in the space with the divine.

 Sometimes the whole message is transmitted and if I am not taking careful notes in my brain and heart, the message passes right through me and I get so full, tears trickle down my face.  That’s when I know that was not a message to share verbatim but was a message to fill my soul and nourish me.  We have a little more discussion and then the message to share flows through.   

Everyone has their own way and their own gift that has been endowed in us that colors and defines the texture of our life experiences.  Recognizing what those gifts are and how they are to be shared is what our task is for each life experience we are given.  The joy in all of this is that each soul is different and unique and brings in exactly what is needed and yearned for by humanity.  Living life in and through our gifts gives our life a purpose that we are here to witness for each other.

Today’s Message- There Is No Time Or Reason To Live In The In-Between!  Just Live! Is about us moving away from the paradigm that the societal systems have manipulated us with in believing that we have limited internal resources at our disposal.  This is a lie!  There is no waiting for something to happen so that we live the fullness of our divined identity and purpose.  There is no trick to manifesting because all that we need and are supposed to experience and have – we came with. Everything that our life holds for us is right there within us. 

This is not to say that we don’t work at perfecting and enhancing the desires of our heart, but the very fact that we have a desire for something, or someone proves that it is already in our soul expression.  It is not about manifestation; it is about activation.  That slogan that Nike came up with-“Just Do It”, was an intentional message that slipped through the Veil!

We are called and wired to “Live Our Lives unrestricted by the vibrational content of this 3rd dimension that so many of us are operating out of.  We don’t need validation for the bounty and beauty that resides in our soul expressions.  We just need to  reside in a space of “Allowing” ourselves to express our divinity unapologetically and exponentially. 

We’ve got “Life” to live!  We’ve got things and people to experience!  WE are activated on an energetic field force that lands us just where we are supposed to be, doing what exactly what we are designed to do, in time-on time- on the right time.  It is an eternal flow that our souls have signed up for so don’t get trapped in the lie that you can’t and are not living right now!  You’ve got at hand everything and everyone you need to activate and live your authentic divined life!  Now!!

So, breathe deeply! Close your eyes and visualize something that brings you back into homeostasis with your soul expression.  May today bring you a sense of peace, joy, and moments of feeling loved and validated for who you are and what you are gifting humanity.

I’m Just Sayin- #60 Be Vigilant! Be Alert! Be Discerning! Be Not Fooled! Be Proactive! Stand Up! Speak Up! Show Up! Don’t Allow Our Democracy to Slip Through Our Fingers and Become A System that Does Not Represent the People!! -voiced

WE are on the track to move towards the stability of our Democracy, we won’t regrease!

We are blessed with the most beautiful country that provides a sacred space for the “Great Experiment”- A Life of Democracy!

We are living in a time of what seems to the naked eye, a time of  chaos and confusion.  I don’t want to succumb to being disillusioned or hopeless.  We have a great opportunity to forge forward to support our country in realizing the fullness of living in a governmental system steeped and secured in the principles of Democracy.  We cannot allow our Democracy to evolve into a government that is not for the people, by the people, and with the people! Our democracy is being threatened but this is not the first time.  It is obvious that the current members of our Congress, Judicial and Executive branches of our government are out of control. 

We are being represented by politicians that are demonstrating character, ethics, intelligence, views, and agendas that are contrary to the best interest of the well-being of our country. None of this behavior and the policies they are using mirror our Constitution.  We have to acknowledge their presence, challenge their agenda, and ethics that are destroying every fiber of the integrity and principles of democracy. 

It has been a work in progress in this country in an effort to be a democracy, to uphold the values and laws of our Constitution of our country.  The beauty of our Constitution is that it has the potential of evolving as our needs and circumstances in society change and evolve.

 Our expectation and perhaps as we have recently discovered, is that the people that have committed themselves to public service are intelligent and ethical in how they deal in their position in office.  Of course, we are not foolish enough to believe that our politicians are not capable of being unscrupulous and void of integrity.  We do however, want them to uphold the tenants of our democracy.  However, if we our honest, in the last 10 plus years, we have seen the methodical deterioration of our government and thrusting it on the verge of becoming completely out of our control. 

 In a Democracy the individuals that represent the people that vote them into office are individuals that support the values, principles, and needs of their constituency. 

I feel that as I navigate through the maze of what is transpiring daily in this country, I am so concerned that this Anti-Democratic energy that is being infused into our government, pose a serious danger to our Democracy!  I can’t believe their words, actions, and the untruths they have used as their badge of self-interest and narcissism. 

The concept of “WOKE”, is so relevant in this time in our history.  We must all embrace a life where we are awakened to what is transpiring around us and at the same time not allow ourselves to be overwhelmed and paralyzed to the point where we are not able to take action with our vote, our voice, and engagements to make a difference.  We cannot sit back and idly allow our country to be overtaken and imploded by people that are not qualified to represent us.  WE have a lot to think about!  As we move into the celebration of the 4th of July,  where should we be in the development and security of this “Great Experiment of Democracy”?

Our Mantra Prayer for Dream- Dreamer-Be The Dreamer in Your Life!

I can hardly imagine what dreams are in a child’s slumber, but I know that they have the potential to manifest all of their dreams. 

Children are devout dreamers that hold the keys to light up our lives!

Our Mantra Prayer for Dream- Dreamer:

Dreaming is a crucial part of who we are and how we vision all things beautiful for our life.  Dreaming takes us into the zone of the invisible and launches possibilities for our life into the world of this illusionary reality.  We receive messages as well when we are in our dream state.  They say that when we are mysteriously awakened between the hours of 3:00 am and 5:00 am, we are called the “heavens watchmen”. 

These dreams are information that are sent to give us an understanding of how intricately our lives are tied to the guidance and support of the spiritual world.  Our dreams can be seen as visions for the possibilities of our life that we can chose to manifest.  Dreaming a vision is the first step.  Believing in the dream is the next step, and energizing to manifest those dreams is the ultimate step. Always dare to dream! 

Our Creator manifested the biggest dream ever possible when our souls were envisioned, designed, and created.  We were sent to this Earthly plane to bring into fruition the destiny and purpose of our soul’s identity and gifts so that ultimately, what we have to contribute to humanity enhances and elevates the vibrational possibilities of “Great Spirit’s Dream” for all of us. 

We have to but come into the fullness of our dreams.  Thank You, “Great Spirit”, for loving and divining us to carry humanity forward.  It’s a good life!  Dream big and boldly!

The Sacred Space for Transformative  Agreements!

The Message Today is-

WE the Peacekeepers, the Agents of Change, the Wombs that Carry the Re-birthing of a Just and Compassionate Humanity are Answering the Call of the Universe!

 Today we must make our voices and intentions known!  The vote and stance that our Supreme Court of outrageously racist Judges took in respect to immigrants seeking asylum from “Crimes Against Humanity”, is blatantly cruel and evil.   I could not in good conscious stand back and not respond to this act of cruelty.

Today we meet the chaos and destruction that is being perpetrated on our humanity, face to face.  This is the beginning of the global transition of power into the hands of those that see the need for change and compassion that fuels the universal principle of “radical love” as the dove of peace rises to meet the volume of our voices that will not be silenced or deterred.

   We are here for the long haul, no matter how long it takes.  We will birth a world that is better than this.  We see what this world is doing to our children and know that we must be held accountable to protect them in this mess. 

The negative and vile energy that is driving this corruption and greed, will never ever be able to prevail.  People whose “Soul is Alive and Awake” know that “Karmatic Spiritual Justice” is going to resolve this hateful, greed and supremacy driven criminal action accountable!  But we must do our part as well!  

This is our time women of compassionate spirits to answer the “Call”, there is no more time or room for apathy or feeling helpless, we have to remember and awaken to who are as women.  Change is coming, there is no doubt in my mind, as “Great Spirit” as our leader guiding our steps, with angels surrounding us on the right and on our left, there are no weapons that can form against us or that will turn us back.  WE are the “Agents of Compassion”!  WE are Standing Up!  WE are Showing Up! and WE are Speaking UP!

So, breathe deeply! Close your eyes and visualize something that brings you back into homeostasis with your soul expression.  May today bring you a sense of peace, joy, and moments of feeling loved and validated for who you are and what you are gifting humanity.

Prayer of Reverence-

May the openness of our hearts and the discernment of our consciousness provide an opening for our humanity to awaken from the distortion and manipulation of those elements in the human experience that are in disaccord from what “Our Creator” that was intended for us as individuals and as a collective humanity.

May “Peace” fill our hearts,

May “Love” guide our actions,

May wisdom illuminate our life’s path,

May all beings be blessed,

May our children be safe, wrapped in joy and love, 

May our elders be honored and respected,

May our ancestor’s presence and support be met with gratitude,

May this gift of “Earth” be appreciated, cherished, and sustained,

May our differences become bridges rather than barriers,

May “Compassion” overcome fear,

May “Love” be stronger than hate,

May “Peace” be actualized in différance to conflict,

May we come to an understanding that we belong to each other,

To one humanity, and to the “One Source of Life”.

May humanity realize and hold in sacred reverence the Tapestry that holds each of us in consciousness- One Race-One Humanity-One Source of our Creation.

Fill My Soul with Love- For In Reality, That’s All There Really Is!  Part Two

The Tapestry of Humanity

Today I want us to continue this journey of discovering the connectedness of our faith expressions.  I want us to uplift more of the faith community’s perspective of prayer, meditation, and the life force energy that sustains our “Soul essence and identity”-“Love”! 

Today I want us to get a sense of what Buddhism, Sikhism, Indigenous Spiritual Traditions, African Spiritual Traditions, and the Bahá’i faith gifts our faith-based expressions with.  I want us to discover the treads of who we are and to whom we belong to that create this human tapestry.

Buddhism attributes prayer as being expressed as aspirations, blessings, and intentions for all beings.  Meditation is the heart of the Buddhist practice.  They feel that meditation as an instrument that expresses awareness, compassion, wisdom and inner peace.  Love, which is called “Metta”, is an expression of loving-kindness.  There is the intention to cultivate unconditional love for -Self-Family-Friends-Strangers-and even enemies. 

Sikhism holds a space for prayer as a way of remembering the “One Creator” throughout daily life. It is not something that is separate from us.  Meditation is as simple and uncomplicated as the repetition fo God’s name (Naam Simran) which brings in peace and clarity to your soul.  Love is seen as the bridge between the soul and God.  The Sikh teachings emphasize Service, Equality, Compassion, and Humility.

Indigenous Spiritual Traditions are so different in the ways or rituals that are identified among nations and peoples, and at the same time many share common themes.  Prayer in “Indigenous Spirituality” is often woven into everyday life through ceremony, songs, dance, gratitude, and relationship with nature.  In reference to the ritual of meditation, is can occur through silence, vision quest, cloud watching,-my favorite daily ritual-listening to water, observing the stars, or sitting with the land.  Love is a powerful gift and is expressed as a right relationship with the “Creator”, ancestors, community, Earth, animals, and future generations. How expansive and intentional is that expression of “Love”? Love is understood as belonging and reciprocity. 

African Spiritual Traditions which can be found to some degree in the texture and context of the “African American Christian Churches, includes honoring ancestors, community rituals, drumming, song, and direct communication with “Spirit”.  Meditation emerges through rhythm, storytelling, ceremony, and creation together.  The spirit of Ubuntu is foundational as it teaches “I am because we are “!

The Bahá’i Faith believes that prayer nourishes the soul.  The faith teaches that meditation helps people receive divine guidance and wisdom.  Love is considered the force that unites humanity as one family.  The Bahá’i teachings emphasize that humanity’s spiritual future depends upon learning to love beyond race, nation, religion, and class.

There is more elements in each of these faith communities that unite us than divides us.  When we come to these faiths with an open heart, clarity of mind, and an honest soul desire to heal this broken world and the people that inhabit this magnificent planet, we have to acknowledge that across the world’s traditions, we see remarkable patterns of commonality.  Prayer opens the heart!  Prayer is the language of the heart!  Meditation quiets the mind! Meditation is the listening of the “Soul”! Love awakens the “Soul”!  Love is the bridge that unites all creation!

It absolutely does not matter if we are kneeling in a church, bowing in a mosque, chanting in a temple, sitting beneath a tree, watches the clouds, listens to the ocean, or sings in ceremony, the intention is often the same because when all is said and done, we are being called to remember who we are, whose we are, and how we are meant to live with one another in love, peace, joy, respect, and compassion. 

The longing we feel and express our interconnection to one another.  Unconsciously, we have a longing to awaken to love and compassion.

The Longing we have to live in harmony with one another and with Creation.  I see our humanity as a great tapestry. 

Each culture is a thread. 

Each faith is a color.

Each person is a unique expression of the Divine.

If we remove a single thread and the tapestry is diminished.

If we but honor every thread the tapestry will reveal its beauty that is a reflection of the “Creator”- beauty and grace beyond the imagination of human understanding.

 

The Tapestry of Humanity is created with the following threads:

  1. The Thread of “Love”.
  2. The Thread of “Compassion”.
  3. The Thread of “Faith”.
  4. The Thread of the “Gift of Children”.
  5. The Thread of the “Wisdom and Discernment of the Ancestors”.
  6. The Thread of the sacred space that the “Community” holds for us.
  7. The Thread of the “Majesty and Beauty of the Earth” that supports our life force.
  8. The Thread of “Hope” that sustains us.
  9. The Thread of “Justice” that evolves our soul’s essence.

And lastly-

  1. The Thread of Peace that binds our interconnection to one another.

Fill My Soul with Love- For In Reality, That’s All There Really Is!  Part One

The Tapestry of Humanity

Children deserve a better world than what we are providing them! Why is hate so deeply embedded in our souls? We were not created this way! I remember my sister Lark telling us as she transitioned, that all there really is – is love! She was seeing both sides of the veil! She saw who and what we have the potential of expressing when we decide to “be our highest selves”!

What a magnificent world we could create that would sustain our lives as individuals, as a collective and as a planet! I believe that if we set and practice an intention globally to change the vibration at which are planet is vibrating by, we can move the energy of love and peace to circulate and evolve as a species to where we were intended to be! It can happen if each of us reach out to others and pass this challenge on to pray or meditate daily.

It says in the Bible to “Pray without ceasing”! If in fact being a loving soul encompasses all the ingredients to overcome hatred, lack of compassion, lust for power and greed, racism, lack of self-worth based on lack of self-love and loving others, then perhaps our prayer should be as simple as, “Let love fill my soul”!

I have always been curious about how other faiths relate to the ritual of prayer and meditation, as well as their views on “Love”.  From my own personal experience as a follower of Christ, I know that prayer is an intimate conversation with God.  It is a moment-by-moment opportunity to engage Soul to “Spirit” without predefined rules or limitations.   It is raw, open, and uncensored communication.  I see prayer or meditation as being one in the same, because it is a “Time In” with the Holy Spirit!  As followers of Christ, I believe that we are called to see “Love” as the highest spiritual virtue. 

Being also a person that has lineage in both Christianity (and I say that not in terms of the institution but in reverence to following the Christ Principles) and Judaism, I see how prayer is a practice of aligning oneself with God and remembering that life is a sacred gift.  As an extension of that ritual of praying, I see meditation in Judaism where there is an opportunity for contemplation and opening up a deeper awareness of the Divine.  Love in Judaism is a calling to express compassion, justice, kindness and repairing or healing the world.   

In the Islamic faith prayer is seen as moments of returning to God throughout the day and so they pray 5 daily prayers.  That means that they actually stop and go into a sacred space with God throughout their day. Meditation is the practice of remembrance and involves repeating the names and attributes of God to quiet the heart.  In terms of the significance of “Love” is the Islamic faith, it sees God as the Source of Mercy.  Love is to be demonstrated through mercy, generosity, humility and service. 

In the Hinduism faith, prayer has many forms of expression.  There is the ritual of chanting, devotion, offerings, or silent communion.  In terms of meditation, in Hinduism, one of the central spiritual practices, is helping the soul remember its unity with the “Divine”.  Love in Hinduism is known as “Bhakti” which is considered to be devotional love.  When you have a devotion to something so sacred in your life, the context and content of your soul expression can be a real power of healing.  Many of the Hindu teachings see love as the pathway through which we as a soul reunites with the “Divine”

I want to continue to explore these different expressions of faith that have captured the soul expression or so many in our humanity.  I want to understand how they are interconnected and speak to a universal truth that we somehow fail to see and consequently has thrown us into a tailspin of suspicion, resentment, exclusion, ethnocentrism, and hypocrisy of who we really are in relation to each other. 

These expressions were not by original intention meant to divide us, they were meant to find ways to connect with the “Creator”, “The One Source”, “Great Spirit”, “God”.  The terms that we have come up with to in sacred eternal relationship, are in the scheme of things really irrelevant and distortions of “Truth”!    Let’s continue to explore and find the common ground!  This is the only way to sustain our “humanity”

We Are All Part of the Masterpiece-Humanity!

We have to always build a bridge over the troubled waters that would seek to divide us and separate us from one another!  In truth we are one race, one humanity, all entitiled to the resources and provisions this planet has ordained for us.  There is no lack an limitation, just a willingness to release fear and fill our cups with “Love”!

This morning I responded to a post from a mother with an autistic child.  She was voicing her concern about the readiness skills of her 5 year old daughter.  I don’t usually go into any great detail in offering advice or suggestions, but this post, these words that the mother shared, somehow touch my heart.  It was as though I could feel her emotions and the anxiety that had taken hold of her.  I feel that recently since we are living in this revengeful regime, that children with special and unique needs are being attacked.  It really offends the heart space I carry for children.  

It struck me on how little we realize how great a connection we have with one another on a vibrational level.  We interact and engage but there is so much more needed and involved in being a part of humanity.  We need each other.  We need to know that we can count on each other.  We need to know that the pain and circumstances of one affects all of us.  Sometimes we are totally unaware of when something happens in our lives that it might be because of something that transpired in another person’s life.

Sometimes as beings of this masterpiece –humanity, have to do things for the greater good of all of us that share this world.  I think that experience and what we are dealing with now with the current regime and the strife and chaos that is being imposed on not just in our country -the United States- but what is being inflicted on others around the world is another example of how the decisions of those in “Power”, impact all of us as an interconnected humanity.

Can you imagine what condition this world would be in if we worked in concert with one another?  Some of us have distance our selves from the moral compass that taught us that, “I am my brother’s keeper”! I for one will always choose compassion over indifference.  I will always choose Agape unconditional Pragma –Enduring Love over hate and jealousy. I will always choose to be a voice for those that are enslaved to poverty and injustice.  I will always strive to be mindful of the plight of others and live my life from a place of gratitude and humility.  I’m too blessed to not share my blessings with others.

So, breathe deeply! Close your eyes and visualize something that brings you back into homeostasis with your soul expression.  Take a moment to day to reflect on how we are interconnected to all of humanity.  May today bring you a sense of peace, joy, and moments of feeling loved and validated for who you are and what you are gifting humanity.

Amazing Grace-From Generation to Generation The Freedom Riders are Coming!

In Honor of our Recognition of Juneteenth to Validate that we know we are still seeking our freedom that is constantly attacked and is not rooted in the mindset of the government or those people that feed off racism and the illusion of supremacy.  WE shall always rise and. prevail.

 Amazing Grace- They don’t realize “who we are”. Have they not learned that if you deny us the opportunity and accessibility to use our vote- it will not stop us. We will find a way out of no way, and we will bring others that are marginalized and cast aside by society, with us. We know who we are the images of our forefathers and mothers are emerging from our memories of our past and future lives.

Amazing Grace! This is who we are! People that survived the middle passage and we will survive the racism of America and the world because as we awaken from our sleep of the reality that strives to keep us captive, self-loathing, and self-destructive. Our ancestors are re-instilling in us – who we are and who we have a divine destiny to be. We carry in our DNA the blood of the Alpha and the Omega.

We are the warriors of truth to be told. We are the healers for humanity with the gifts God has endowed us with. We are the teachers that hold the secrets of the universe. We are the holy people that know intimately the Word of God. Truth is that this racism that seeks to engulf the world has been at it since mankind separated itself from the Motherland. It is rooted in self-hatred! It is rooted in jealousy.

It is rooted in fear! It is rooted in greed! But know this truth to be self-evident as truth reveals itself- No weapons can be formed against us that knows the source from which it came- God the Father, God the Son, God the Holy Spirit! We shall overcome this darkness, and the light of peace, love, grace and mercy shall prevail!

So, breathe deeply! Close your eyes and visualize something that brings you back into homeostasis with your soul expression.  May today bring you a sense of peace, joy, and moments of feeling loved and validated for who you are and what you are gifting humanity.

Spirit Blog- Allowing-Voiced

Children know how to “Allow” life to flow and how to let go!  Celio just loves nature, it is his happy place!

Just a thought about -“Allowing”. Something that is not as simple as it might seem, but so necessary in today’s world. Bottom line is to practice the principles of “allowing” and non-resistance (this does not mean we don’t stand up, show up and speak out) because by the time they figure out that no one cares or is intimidated by their “out of control egomania” time has released Karma and “this situation too shall pass”!! This status of allowing gives God the space to intercede and take control.


Right now the entire world affairs, systems, institutions, governments, people in control (over foolishness) as well as those human beings that are asleep in their lives, are out of alignment with God’s divine right order. It has to play itself out. But be not afraid, disillusioned, or dishearten, “God is ultimately in control and like ever good parent. 

“Great Spirit” just lets us have full expression of our free will and determination and then out of nowhere with His guidance and support the people that are awake and know what is “true, real, just, step up and bring in the light that illuminates the world with God’s grace, mercy, and expectations for a better world life experience for all! Humanity is re-birthed and rises up!

Remember “allowing”, does not mean we sit down and not participate and engage in our families, communities and in ways that we can show  through our humanity expressions of love, interest and genuine concern, compassion and positive and supporting responsiveness where it is needed.  Allowing is not a stagnate state of existence.  Allowing does mean that we don’t have to sit in a state of fear and be paralyzed in living our life completely.

 We have to:
Stay awake
Stay in integrity
Speak our truth
Show compassion
Live peace
Carry joy
Demonstrate love, patience and understanding and
Stay faithful in standing in our divined identity.
