As we step into Saturday gently, I want us to review and take hold of the 7 Sacred Aspects of what this day-Saturday is calling into manifestation for the quality of our life experience. First, we have to acknowledge the gift that we don’t have to carry “worry”, we have the power and faith to let that distraction go. We have to release our human need to control everything in our life because there will always be things and people that we don’t have an influence over, nor do we need to attempt to control. We must identify the things we have accountability for in our life, and the things we have to release to “The One Source” to handle.
I have a practice of “of sharing seeds of wisdom” when I discern that I have a sense in my “Spirit” that I am being called to do so. But I am convicted that after sharing these seeds of wisdom”, the recipient makes the decision to either plant those seeds and nourish them to grow to support their life, or they make a conscious decision that this gift is not what they feel they need. I know that the seeds are there for them in their consciousness and that there is no expiration date on this gift of love and concern. The last element of this act of releasing is critical for my own peace, resolve, and ability to move forward in my life without unnecessary baggage of “Would Haves, Could Haves, and Should Haves! The beauty in all of this is that I can release things in my life that I find did not work and did not serve me well.
The second aspect of Saturday’s gift to us is to replace the colonial indoctrination of boundaries and replace it with creating, honoring, and protecting our “Sacred Spaces” where we go within and take care of our own wants and needs that are critical in nourishing, protecting, and enhancing our personal needs. We do this without guilt or reservations because we know in our “Spirit” that we must take care of our mind, body, emotions, and Spirit. It is our “Time In Sacred Space”.
It is in this third element- the “Sacred Space” that we work on “True Restoration, not just stopping. The world depletes us on a daily basis and if we don’t step out of the noise and chaos and intentional attend to our well-being we pay a huge price that we might not recover from. It’s a choice!
That brings us to the fourth sacred element of releasing and renewal where we make sense of the week by pulling together what has transpired in our life during the week to access what needs to be integrated in our life and what needs to be let go of. We access what we learned and move forward. It feels good to be able to release what does not serve me.
The fifth sacred element of releasing and renewal entails perhaps one of the most difficult for us as humans and that is “Forgiveness”. This is not just the ability to forgive others, but to be able to forgive ourselves and not carry any burdens that prohibit us from spiritual evolution.
The sixth sacred element of releasing and renewal is one I am still trying to learn to do and that is to create and sit in The Stillness” where I engage in the process of renewal. I just have a hard time shutting of my mind and sitting still. For me- this is work in itself. Seems like the only time I am somewhat still is when “Great Spirit” and I are having a conversation and writing these blogs. I am intentionally trying to work on it though cause I know it is not something I do naturally, but what I need to do on so many levels to be balanced and healthy.
This brings us to the seventh element of releasing and renewal and tht is the “Preparation for Renewal “ so that the path of Sunday’s light is clear and unobstructed. Saturday feels good because it anchors the groundwork for laying down what we no longer need to carry.
So, breathe deeply! Close your eyes and visualize something that brings you back into homeostasis with your soul expression. May today bring you a sense of peace, joy, and moments of feeling loved and validated for who you are and what you are gifting humanity.
Ashé! Have a Blessed Day!
**Note: These recordings are based on my blog writings, and all of this comes through Spirit. The recordings are a reflection of the writings and are not edited because I do not want to alter what is coming to me through “Great Spirit”. I am not seeking perfection, only serving as a vessel to bring love, peace, and joy, to our humanity.
Thank You Jim Brickman for your beautiful music that vibrates through this recording. This is a selection from his album – “Music to Quiet Your Mind and Sooth Your World”.
