I’m Just Sayin #176-Timing Is Everything-Sometimes We are Too Early, Sometimes We are Too Late, But Somehow, and it Never Fails, “Great Spirit” is Always on Time! Voiced
If we could only learn to wait on “Great Spirit”, we would save ourselves a lot of grief! Remember, sometimes we get off track, but we are always guided back!

We are so very human in our design. There are so many elements that when in alignment, make us who we are and how we respond to our world. One of the most difficult aspects of who we are is our ability to be patient and not rush into situations or making judgment calls on what we decide to respond to and how we end up responding to things. We are not good at stopping in our tracks and evaluating circumstances that rise up to challenge us.
We are for the most part trying to control everything in our life, and that is just not possible or realistic. Most of us probably think that it our responsibility to have every aspect of our lives figured out. We judge our success in life by this master plan we carve out for ourselves, and if things don’t work out the way we plan, in the time span we planned for, we feel like we have failed. Failed who? Failed how? Failed why?
Often when we rush into things, we are too early and the alignment that the universe has set, is not ready for us. Sometimes, when we stand still and get stuck in our contemplative state, we miss the greatest opportunities that the universe has prepared for us! But when we align ourselves and are present in the present, things are in divine right order and “Great Spirit” shows up and not only are we blessed with the gifts we need in our life, but we are ready and prepared to receive those gifts!
It is the most wonderful and beautiful dance with “God”! the important thing is to remember the “Great Spirit”, must lead! “Great Spirit” leads, and we must follow. Occasionally, we will miss a step, but we really don’t have to worry because we are safe and secure in “Great Spirit’s” arms. It’s like the old hymn:
Where “Great Spirit” leads me, I will follow,
Where “Great Spirit” leads me, I will follow,
Where “Great Spirit” leads me, I will follow,
I’ll go with “Great Spirit”, with “Great Spirt”, all the way.
Leaning on anyone, and trusting our life with someone, can be a huge challenge, and I would not give any of my fellow human beings that kind of complete control or influence over my life! But when it comes to being patient, trusting and relying on “Great Spirit” to navigate my life, that has never been, and will never be a problem for me. It is as natural as taking a breath. There is no physical, emotional, or spiritual disconnect. Throughout my life when I have waited, “Great Spirit” always seems to show up right on time. Not necessarily my time, but definitely in time.
P.S. I don’t want you to think that “Great Spirit” does not expect us to be busy working on ourselves, because we have a part in this process as well. Get busy! Be ready!

So, breathe deeply! Close your eyes and visualize something that brings you back into homeostasis with your soul expression. May today bring you a sense of peace, joy, and moments of feeling loved and validated for who you are and what you are gifting humanity.
