Revelations –A Closer Walk with “Great Spirit” The Journey of My Soul Consciousness

Surrendering to “Great Spirit”. “A Voice 4 Consciousness with Spirit.”

Well, things are coming together in a very interesting and exciting way.  If you ask the universe- “Great Spirit”, to lead you and guide you in manifesting your “Divine Purpose”, then you have to be ready to surrender and move into a status of operation of “letting go and surrendering” to “Great Spirit”!  Yesterday was a harvest moon with a partial eclipse, and it seemed as if there was an intentional conversation going on between “Great Spirit” and all the agents that interact in our life to capture our attention, solidify “Great Spirit’s messages to us, and validate each message by bringing into play events, signs, and people that hold pieces of that message. 

It takes really questioning and listening!  So yesterday my question was- “What am I called to do with my blogs in relationship to my “Divine Purpose”.  I have in my life just done what came through and never seriously questioned the purpose of what I was engaged in.  I taught children because I love them and felt a calling to advocate for them.  I taught prospective teachers, because I felt they had the greatest influence and impact on the lives of children.  I have always loved writing and at first it was lecture notes, notes for public speaking, and finally writing books and blogs.  I began to notice in my process of lecturing, and speaking in public events like seminars and conferences, that even if I had prepared a speech, when I would get in the environment, I would not use my speech, and “Great Spirit” would take center stage. I remember one time I tried to stick to my speech, and found I could not see the words on the page.  It got to a point in my classes that I would tell the students that they could record my lectures because I would not be able to repeat what I was saying because what would probably show up were not my words, but messages and thoughts that were designed just for them.

 I have come to the understanding, that I have been given the opportunity to speak and write from the “Consciousness of Spirit”.  This is a gift we all have access to if we but surrender and listen.  All of this is to say, that I finally understand “what I am called to do, and who I am called to be in my “Divine identity”!

I am a voice for messages that come thru the “Consciousness of Spirit”!

I am so grateful for the post my friend Laurie did yesterday as it aligned perfectly with the conversation, I had with my sister Patty and niece Leilani on trying to figure out the “what next on my journey”, and it is being revealed as they represented those agents that carry divine messages.

Thank you for “allowing” me to share my revelation with you on this public platform.

It has been a lifelong relationship that has matured and evolved to what it is today.  I am eternally grateful and will stay the course of “Allowing”, and “Being open and available” to that still quiet voice that fills my soul with “love, hope, and faith in humanity.

Breaking News!! It’s A New Day!!!  September 18th, 2024- Day 36. Today is a day that “Great Spirit” has ordained for your life and soul expression.

Daily Mantra:

There is nothing you do not have the potential of accomplishing and manifesting that are the true desires of your heart.  We are each entitled to live a full, joy filled, and purposeful life.  Take hold of who your “divine identity” is, and your “divine life’s destiny plan and journey” and will bless you and the world will be blessedas well.

Chat for the day:  It’s about surrendering to “Great Spirit”, letting go and “Allowing”

This is really a difficult thing for us human beings to do. – this concept of actually engaging in the process of “Surrendering” and “Allowing” Great Spirit” to support us in our lives.  We have this misconception that either we can do our lives all by ourselves, or that we have no other resource we can count on to intervene for us and help us to navigate this maze we live in called- “life”!  It really does not serve us well to try to be so self-determined and on full blast of self-righteousness, that we cannot humble ourselves to confess that we need support, guidance, and nurturing in our life.  We don’t need to be strapped or chained to a stressful, isolated life.  We need to recognize the fullness of who we are and what we have available to us.  We are never alone!  We have accessible to us the ultimate resource in –“Great Spirit”!

We are an integral part of humanity.  We count!  We are needed, and others need us.  We take out the time to develop relationships with one another on this plain, but it is just important if not more important for us to develop a relationship with “Great Spirit” that loves us and cares for us unconditionally.  This relationship is not bound by any institutional religious ideology of theological tenants.   This is a conversation that is inclusive and aligned with the thought that beyond everything we are each human beings in the construct of “humanity”. 

The principle to live by that will support our destiny path is: surrendering to “Great Spirit” for support, guidance, and nurturing.

Sunday Morning Prayers-#59. The “Why’s” of Life-

There really is no way that we can predict what is coming at us or for us in this “life’s journey”! The tides that ebb and flow in our life are just what it is to be human.

Dear “Great Spirit”,

This morning, we come to in a state of humility and gratitude for all the beautiful blessings you have graced our lives with, but in our human condition and in light of how we were designed and created, we cannot help ourselves in questioning why things happen in our life that cause us pause and sometimes pain.  We are by our very nature curious and habitually have to know the “Why” – of things.  There is something that surges up in us that can haunt us until we have answers.  When we are entrenched in our discomfort, pain, grief, disappointment, or disillusionment, are faith is challenged and the questions mount up like mountains in our mind.  There is a loss of balance and a feeling that we are wandering around in a maze with no idea of how to get out-and find answers that bring relief.  

Sometimes we have to just sit with the circumstances that challenge us to try to figure out what has transpired and how to approach it with a sense of peace and resolve.  It is in these times that we have to also make a decision if we are going to reach out for your support or if we think that we are so self-sufficient that we can do things on our own.  In this “divine life” we have embarked on we have to at some point make a decision what our relationship with you will be.  How we cultivate that relationship into a partnership, we can have a sense of peace and confidence that you – “Great Spirit”, will be present and available to us.  I for one, cannot live void of your presence and engagement in my life.  Too many things and “big life events”, have left their imprint on the texture of my life for me to have faced things on my own. 

Sometimes even when things seem insignificant and doable, there is always a little residue left that captivates our attention and we search for “Why”.  I am at the point in my life “Great Spirit”, that I have learned that trusting in you and knowing that you see everything, hear everything, and know everything, that you will always walk beside me, at times before me, and always as close as every breath I take.  I have figured out it is not about the “Why”, but about how I respond to the “Why” be it a blessing or a challenge.  Thank you, “Great Spirit”, for handling all the “Why’s” in our life!

Sunday Morning Prayers #54 But For the Grace of God…

Gratitude for all the blessings I have received!
Always given in the timing of “Great Spirit”,
which is always what I need when I need it.

Dear Great Spirit,

I approach you with humility for all have done in my life that has seen me through the challenges that have confronted me, and for being present with me and for me in the joys and abundance that has blessed my life. So often we forget to acknowledge that you are as near as our next breath, and as deeply involved in our life that our souls have access to your Holy Spirit 24/7, from this earthly realm to eternity and beyond! We forget to stop, look, and listen to you, we miss an opportunity for your divine intervention in our life as well as a chance to just be in a state of “being” with you! Those times we open up and surrender to your will for our divine destiny journey, we are blessed with peace, joy, compassion, and an understanding of knowing that all is “well with our souls”!

What a blessing it is to be in communion with you “Great Spirt! I don’t understand how people live without being entrenched in your unconditional love! There is in my mind no feeling like being wrapped in your arms of emotional security! There is nothing like being in connection with you in mind, body, and spirit. Living a life without voids! Living a life where you can share the essence of your being which is a reflection of the God within you is the “good life” a life that has meaning and purpose!

Sunday Morning Prayers #52 The Miracles That “Great Spirit” Can Perform When We need Intercession and Intervention.

The Political Spiritual Warfare that is going on in this country weighed heavily on my heart and soul.  I held on to my faith that “Great Spirit” would hear my prayer and intercede on behalf of righteousness and justice and that are democracy would be sustained. Peace be still oh my soul!

Dear “Great Spirit”

Let me start by saying “Thank you for your intercession on our behalf”!  Thank you for hearing my prayers!  I know that you have so much going on to attend to in this vast chaotic world with more than 8.12 billion souls that you feel that you have a sense of responsibility for.  Trust me, I am here just observing what is going on from a distance and I was feel completely overwhelmed.  So, thank you for loving and caring about us enough that you turned the tides of the election in this country that will ultimately, impact the entire world.  ‘Great Spirit, take hold of our of leaders and put them in positions to make righteous decisions. 

Touch the hearts and minds of people that are in a position to be destructive and perpetrate acts of hate and malice towards other people. Infuse love, honesty, integrity, ethics, and moral fiber into their souls so that our world leaders that are capable of executing wisdom, discernment, guidance and compassion in their task to govern and support the citizenry of their country will do so.

We are asking for your divine touch to awaken people to the understanding that our freedoms in all aspects of our life is not something we can entrust to others to sustain and protect by themselves.  Each of us have the ability to be “change makers” that can save our planet and our humanity.  Strengthen us to “Stand up”, “Speak up”, and “Show up”!  We know in our hearts of hearts that with “You, Great Spirit”, all things are possible! Thank you for quieting my anxiety and soothing my soul!

Sunday Morning Prayers #51 It’s Us, It’s Us, It’s Us, Oh Lord, Standing in the Need of Prayer!

We need you “Great Spirit” to intercede in this country, in this world, to protect us from the entities that are trying to steal the soul of our nation and the souls of humanity at large.

Dear “Great Spirit”,

We are so in need of your love, care, and protection during this time of chaos, and massive confusion.  We are feeling like our country has lost its soul and its mission to work for a sustainable and grounded democracy.  We are now a nation that has been divided into camps by those that are divisive and have an intentional agenda to control and design our life and lifestyle. We need to be lifted up in hope that only you can instill in our soul expression.   We need trust earned through the gift of discernment. 

We need accessibility to having conversations with you that will hold us up in faith that you “Great Spirit”, ultimately are in control of our divine life’s journey, and that you are always walking ahead of us to prepare a way for us to experience a world that will embrace justice, peace, joy, and agape love.  We have confidence that you will open our eyes to see the truth and open our ears to hear thy voice in the wilderness that we have been thrown into that is trying to engulf our ability to shut out any voice that is not of you.  We don’t have time to second guess if people are doing or not doing what is in the best interest of humanity.  It is time for us to re-engage in our destiny and the destiny of our children.  Hear our prayer “Great Spirit”! Incline thy ear to us and grant us they peace!

I’m Just Sayin Notes from Beth # 80 My Vision and Understanding of Our Divine Life’s Journey and Divine Identity.

We all have the potential of having and making choices in our life. Discernment is the gift to call on when making decisions.

I thought I would share some of what has guided my life and has helped me meet the challenges life has given me to enhance the evolution of my soul. First, I believe that each of us is a beautiful divine soul energy that was and is created by “Great Spirit”.  I believe that I was created in love, to be loved and to be available to be loving for others. 

My sister Lark, who transitioned at a point in her life that she was making an amazing impact on the world in terms of health services, told us that she “wished that we could see what she sees and know what she knows”.  She told us that all there really was -was “Love”.  She would go outside every night and under the stars have her private conversation with “Great Spirit”.  It was there she got her guidance, protection, and insight to do her “work”- “purpose”.  When she was challenged by the Cancer that took hold of her body, we witnessed the most amazing things that took hold of her “spirit”.  It was through this experience that we learned that we have a contract. A contract you say! Yes, it is a contract that is created for us in collaboration with “Great Spirit”. 

We have lessons that we come here to learn.  We have a divine purpose and a divine identity.  We are, each of us are equipped with everything our soul needs to live the life we have chosen.  We are in the eyes of “Great Spirit”, enough!  We have each of us our own unique gifts that we are to share with the world.  We are each a piece of the puzzle of humanity’s massive work of art.  We all have equal value and we all come form and through the same source.

The equalizer that intervenes in our divine path and sometimes pulls us off track, is the free will and determination we are gifted with as well.  Each of us have different experiences that color the fabric and texture of our life.  Some of us are able to push our way through the challenges and others get trapped into the drama and pain that wipes out their faith and tenacity to stand on their truth, that they are worthy of peace, beauty, love, and joy.  When we are in relationship with people that are racked in so much pain that they inflict pain on others, especially the people they would naturally love to be kind and loving with, we have to realize that they are living their life in and through “pain” and cannot find a way out of their “skin”- “body of pain”.  They greet each new day of their life absorbed in terrifying, destructive, and debilitating pain.  They do not on a conscious level want to inflict hurt and pain on others, but they are at a lost.   Once we know that we are dealing with someone in their pain body, we have to relate to them from a different framework. 

First, we must protect ourselves because we don’t want to take on the effects of their pain and we don’t want to mirror their pain.  It calls for us to secondly, find a healthy way to relate to them that does not put us in harms way.  We can take on their pain and we are not responsible for their pain.  We when figure that out then we can be a grounded in our own truth, our own divine identity, while we infuse love and compassion in the texture of our relationship with them. 

We cannot change who they are or what they have or are experiencing in life that has caused their pain, but being all of who we are might be a liberating choice that they might dare to explore.  We don’t push, we don’t pull, but we let them know that we are not judgmental, and we are open to supporting them if they want to explore how to heal.  It is about healing the pain of their divine soul. Sometimes, it never happens in this lifetime, and they carry their pain into the next lifetime.  We cannot afford to live our life with a soul engulfed in pain.  It is our birth right to have a life experience that gives us joy, peace, and love.

I hope this brings you some things to think about and that it offers you some understanding that you’re not responsible for the pain your grandmother was living her life from.  There is nothing like empathy and compassion. There are times we must give it and times we need to receive it.  Be in your joy!  Be in your peace! Be love and give love!  You are worthy of all that is good and beautiful in life.

This blog is dedicated to my sister Lark Eloise Galloway-Gilliam whose birthday is today-July 21st. She is celebrating the journey she had on earth and is as busy as ever working in the heavenly realm, and in the lives of our family.

Sunday Morning Prayers #50 Our Behavior as Adults is Putting the Lives of Our Children at Risk.

We have so much to lose if we don’t take seriously what our world of violence and dysfunctional behavior is costing our children!

Dear Great Spirit,

It took me a little time to write this prayer to you because the events of this past weekend highlighted for me just how violent and void of consciousness and moral fiber our society has degenerated to.  We take none of our individual and collective actions seriously enough to “Call each other out or to check our own behavior”.  We have become reactionary bold belligerent with each other whether we know them personally or not.  No one is exempt from receiving the rath and attack from someone who obviously is living in their “pain body”. We need your spirit of peace.  We need your spirit of compassion.  We need your spirit of compromise and understanding.  We need your spirit of mercy and forgiveness.  We need your spirit of discernment and a willingness to refrain from judgment. We need to learn patience and a willingness to trust that you “Great Spirit” will intercede in the madness that has engulfed our world, because you care!  We have to find a more humane, gentle, and loving way to relate to each other.  We have to think about how our actions, words, and attitudes impact other people. 

Words hurt! We have to hold ourselves to a higher level if we are going to change the direction this world is going in.  Great Spirit we need for you to soften our hearts, open our minds, and direct our behavior so that we are our divine identities in our life, in our work, in our relationships, and when we are challenged by the trials and tribulations of life.  Great Spirit hear our prayers and feel the urgency in our souls for peace, joy, love, and a world that is balanced so that our children live their best life.

Sunday Morning Prayers #49 If it is true that all there really is -is Love-and that only through being able to love one another, can the elements of “Love” which are respect, kindness, compassion, and forgiveness, are we able to sustain humanity and manifest the world we want to live in.

Children intuitive in their natural self, are kind, compassionate, and don’t hold on to things that are not “nice” to them because they are “pure love”.

“Great Spirit”,

We know if we are honest with ourselves that you created us in love to love and be love. We know that all that moves and sustains the planet and humanity is “love”. It is amazing how complicated we make our relationships with each other and how we struggle to contain our egos so that we can allow ourselves to love first you “Great Spirit”, then ourselves, our family, friends, and then to be able to embrace our connection to humanity. We have difficulty relinquishing our sense of control so that many times we strike out in defense and consequently, we come at people from a pain body instead of love. When we do this “Great Spirit”, we are not acting from a place of love, but from a place of fear.

We pray “Great Spirit” that you will guide us to a practice of releasing the “Rackets” that hold us back from being the light of love, respectfulness, kindness, compassion, and the ability to forgive ourselves and to be able to forgive others. We want to be all you designed us to be because if we are we can be as a collective the vibration that will uplift the world so that your vision and dream for us and this planet will come to fruition.

We thank you “Great Spirit”, for loving us so unconditionally and eternally.

Sunday Morning Prayers #48. Our Elders are Our Blessings Waiting to Unfold Their Wisdom and Life’s Lessons

We need to sit beneath their feet and
listen attentively to what our elders have to share.
The lessons of their life are keys to the treasure they hold in their souls.
Wait not want not.
There are “Oracles” in our midst that can change the direction of negative vibrations that are engaging us in “Spiritual Warfare”.
These elders of wisdom are there for the asking.

I have been so blessed to have been raised and mentored by the most wonderful women and men who took it upon themselves to take an interest in my life.  I guess I must have been a weird child because I loved engaging with my elders.  I would sit and listen to the conversations of all my aunts, grandmothers, surrogate aunties and uncles.  Their stories fascinated me.  So many pearls of wisdom.  It is important for us to realize the value of our elders and what they bring to the quality of our life.

Today I am called to share perhaps the most beautiful affirmational prayer that I have had the pleasure of receiving with the invitation to share this prayer with as many people as I can.  This woman-“The Oracle”, Nadine LeBlanc is the most artistically and  spiritually gifted person I have ever had the blessing to call my life time friend.  Her life has been a testimony to tenacity, positive vibrations, faith in the power of God, the ability to love the love in others, and the recognition that she is an instrument of peace, joy, love, and compassion for others. So, with all of this in mind, I will share her affirmation that  has been the anchor on which she has charged through life with.  Please take this prayer to heart and let it have its way with the grounding of your own life.  Recite it every day and please share it with others.

Prayer of Affirmation

Divine order takes charge of my life, today and every day, all things work together for the good for me today.

This is a new and wonderful day for me, there will never be another day just like this one.

Divine love surrounds me, and wraps me, and I go forward in peace, miracles shall follow miracles and wonders shall never cease.

Whenever my attention wanders away from that, that is good and constructive, I will immediately bring it back to the contemplation that is lovely and a good report.

I am a spiritual and a mental magnet, attracting all things that bless and prosper me.

I am going to be a wonderful success in all my undertakings, and I go forth in peace.

I let go and let God, and so it is. Thank you, father, mother, God.
