Eh bien, ce fut une matinée bien remplie à bavarder avec le « Grand Esprit » et à écouter attentivement ce qui était destiné à mon expérience de vie. C’était une conversation tellement incroyable avec beaucoup de révélations, d’idées et de plans pour l’avenir. Je suis tellement enthousiaste à l’idée des possibilités de nos expériences de vie dans le présent et dans le futur. Nous sommes sur la bonne voie et nous nous dirigeons vers l’ordre divin juste alors que nous entrons dans la naissance de notre nouveau paradigme de vie. Il est probablement difficile d’imaginer qu’avec ce à quoi nous avons affaire dans ce monde, nous sommes sur le point de créer un « nouvel ordre mondial » ancré dans l’amour, la paix, la justice, la compassion, et une humanité qui s’efforce de vivre en coopération et en alignement les uns avec les autres.
Il est difficile d’imaginer ce que sera ce « nouvel ordre mondial », mais je sais que le « Grand Esprit » est à la barre et nous guide dans tout ce qu’il faudra pour mettre cette planète et notre humanité dans le « Juste Ordre Divin ». Que pensez-vous que nous pouvons manifester pour élever la vibration de notre planète et de l’humanité ? Nous avons tous des dons à mettre en action dans ce processus d’accouchement ! Nous avons tous des rêves qui peuvent améliorer notre vie et celle des autres. On nous donne la chance de recréer l’histoire de l’humanité. Alors, « Mettons-nous au travail ! Le temps presse, et le temps est maintenant ! La procrastination est le voleur de génie !

Heute höre ich, wie unsere Vorfahren sich nach uns ausstrecken, um die reißenden und schlammigen Wasser, die im Vordergrund unseres Lebens stehen, zu beruhigen und zu reinigen. Der Große Geist ist sich dessen bewusst und engagiert sich in dieser Ära der Demontage der alten Paradigmen, die das Verhalten von Menschen dulden, die davon eingenommen sind, außerhalb des Bereichs der göttlichen Schwingung der Liebe und des Mitgefühls zu leben. Die Elemente der Menschheit, die auf Kosten unserer kollektiven Menschlichkeit spalterisch, rücksichtslos und gierig nach Macht und Reichtum waren, befinden sich in einer Abwärtsspirale der Niederlage. Wir sind aufgerufen, unser Unterscheidungsvermögen in allem zu nutzen, was wir tun und mit jedem, mit dem wir zu tun haben. Wir sind aufgerufen, bewusst und engagiert in unserem Glauben zu sein, denn dies sind unsere Werkzeuge, um “durch das Wasser zu waten und uns über das zu erheben, was auf und auf der irdischen Ebene geschieht.
Wir müssen dem Beispiel unserer Vorfahren folgen, die einen Plan für ihre Flucht aus der Sklaverei in ein Leben in Freiheit und Sicherheit ausgearbeitet haben. Wir sind aufgefordert, das Vermächtnis weiterzuführen, “einen Ausweg aus unserer Sklaverei zu einem System zu finden, das nicht dazu gedacht ist, uns die Möglichkeit oder die Ressourcen zu geben, in die “Fülle dessen zu kommen, wozu wir geschaffen wurden”. Dies ist die Zeit, in der wir aufgerufen sind, uns selbst, unsere Familienmitglieder und die Gemeinschaft, die über die Ressourcen verfügt, die unser Leben erhalten, zu stärken. Das bedeutet, dass wir autark und selbstbestimmt sein müssen! Wir müssen in unsere eigene persönliche Entwicklung investieren, in allen vier Bereichen dessen, was wir im Fleisch sind. Das bedeutet, Verwalter unseres Geistes, unseres Körpers, unserer sozialen Emotionen und unseres spirituellen Wohlbefindens zu sein.
Dieser “Aufruf zum Handeln” bedeutet, dass wir die Verantwortung haben, dafür zu sorgen, dass die Bedürfnisse und die Entwicklung unserer Familienmitglieder mit ihrer “göttlichen Identität und ihrem göttlichen Lebenszweck” übereinstimmen. Was unsere Gemeinden betrifft, so haben wir die Verantwortung, in unsere Gemeinden zu investieren, damit wir die Dienstleistungen und Ressourcen in unserer eigenen Gemeinde nutzen können. Das bedeutet, dass wir einen Rat gründen müssen, der in Zusammenarbeit mit der Gemeinde einen Plan erstellt, welche Dienstleistungen und Ressourcen benötigt werden, damit unser Geld innerhalb der Gemeinschaft zirkuliert und wir in der Lage sind, uns umeinander zu kümmern und gleichzeitig die Stabilität und Nachhaltigkeit unserer Kultur und unseres Volkes zu festigen.
Ich denke, dass dieser Ansatz als eine Möglichkeit genutzt werden kann, um Selbstwertgefühl, starke Familien und lebendige Gemeinschaften auf der ganzen Welt aufzubauen. Wie oft haben unsere afroamerikanischen Vorfahren eine voll funktionsfähige Stadt oder Gemeinde gebaut, nur um sie von denen zerstört zu bekommen, die nicht wollten, dass wir Erfolg haben, und trotzdem “sind sie aus der Asche ihrer Träume auferstanden”. Wir können und müssen diesem Ruf und der Unterstützung unserer Vorfahren folgen. Sie sind in einer Position, in der sie sehen, wo wir sind und wissen, wohin wir gehen, wenn wir nicht die Regeln dieses Spiels des Lebens ändern und in unser Genie und unsere Macht eintreten. Ihre Worte sind unsere Stärke und unser Wegweiser in eine bessere Zukunft und eine bessere Welt für unsere Kinder.

Aujourd’hui, j’entends nos ancêtres nous tendre la main pour calmer et nettoyer les eaux torrentielles et boueuses qui sont au premier plan de nos vies. Le Grand Esprit est conscient et est engagé dans cette ère de démantèlement des anciens paradigmes qui tolèrent le comportement des personnes qui sont consumées par la vie en dehors du domaine de la vibration divine de l’amour et de la compassion. Les éléments de l’humanité qui ont été diviseurs, impitoyables, avides de pouvoir et de richesse aux dépens de notre humanité collective sont dans une spirale descendante de défaite. Nous sommes appelés à utiliser notre discernement dans tout ce que nous faisons et avec tous ceux avec qui nous nous engageons. Nous sommes appelés à être intentionnels et engagés dans notre foi, parce que ce sont nos outils pour « patauger dans l’eau et nous élever au-dessus de ce qui se passe dans et sur le plan terrestre.
Nous devons suivre l’exemple de nos ancêtres qui ont élaboré un plan pour échapper à l’esclavage et devenir une vie de liberté et de sécurité. On nous demande de perpétuer l’héritage de « sortir de notre esclavage vers un système qui n’est pas conçu pour nous fournir l’opportunité ou les ressources nécessaires pour atteindre la « plénitude de ce pour quoi nous avons été créés ». C’est le moment où nous sommes appelés à nous fortifier, à fortifier les membres de notre famille et la communauté qui détient les ressources qui soutiennent nos vies. Cela signifie que nous devons être autosuffisants et autodéterminés ! Nous devons investir dans notre propre développement personnel, dans les quatre domaines de ce qui constitue ce que nous sommes dans la chair.
Cela signifie être les gardiens de notre esprit, de notre corps, de nos émotions sociales et de notre bien-être spirituel. Cet « appel à l’action » signifie que nous avons la responsabilité de veiller à ce que les besoins et le développement des membres de notre famille soient en phase avec leur « identité divine et le but divin de leur vie ». En ce qui concerne nos communautés, nous avons la responsabilité d’investir dans nos communautés afin que nous puissions utiliser les services et les ressources au sein de notre propre communauté. Cela signifie qu’il faut mettre sur pied un conseil qui, en collaboration avec la communauté, concevra un plan des services et des ressources nécessaires pour que notre argent circule au sein de la communauté et que nous soyons en mesure de prendre soin les uns des autres et en même temps de consolider la stabilité et la durabilité de notre culture et de notre peuple.
Je pense que cette approche peut être appliquée comme un moyen de renforcer l’estime de soi, des familles fortes et des communautés dynamiques à travers la planète. Combien de fois nos ancêtres afro-américains ont-ils construit une ville ou une communauté entièrement fonctionnelle, pour la voir détruite par ceux qui ne voulaient pas nous voir réussir, et pourtant « ils se sont relevés des cendres de leurs rêves manifestés ». Nous pouvons et devons répondre à cet appel et au soutien de nos ancêtres. Ils sont dans une position où ils voient où nous en sommes et savent où nous allons si nous ne changeons pas les règles de ce jeu de la vie et n’entrons pas dans notre génie et notre puissance. Leurs paroles sont notre force et notre guide vers un avenir meilleur et un monde meilleur pour nos enfants.

Today I hear our ancestors reaching out to us to calm and cleanse the torrential and muddy waters that are in the forefront of our lives. Great Spirit is aware and is engaged in this era of disassembling the old paradigms that condone behavior of people that are consumed with living outside the realm of the divine vibration of love and compassion. The elements of humanity that have been divisive, ruthless, greedy for power and wealth at the expense of our collective humanity is in a downward spiral of defeat. We are called to use our discernment in everything we engage in and with everyone we engage with. We are being called to be intentional and committed in our faith, because these are our tools to “wade through the water and rise above what is transpiring in and on the earthly plane.
We have to follow the lead of our ancestors that crafted a plan for their escape from slavery into a life of freedom and safety. We are being asked to carry forward the legacy of “making a way out of our slavery to a system that is not designed to provide us the opportunity or resources to come into the “fullness of who we were created to be”. This is the time in which we are being called to fortify ourselves, our family members, and the community that holds the resources that sustain our lives. This means we need to be self-sufficient and self-determined! We need to invest in our own personal development in all the four domains of what constitutes who we are in the flesh. That means being stewards of our mind, body, social emotions, and spiritual wellbeing.
This “call to action” means we have a responsibility to ensure that the needs and development of our family members are on track with their “divine identity and divine life’s purpose”. As for our communities, we have a responsibility to invest in our communities so that we can use the services and resources within our own community. This means chartering a council that will in collaboration with the community design a plan of what services and resources are needed so that our money circulates within the community, and we are in a position of taking care of each other and at the same time solidifying the stability and sustainability of our culture and our people. I think this approach can be applied as a way to build self-esteem, strong families, and vibrant communities across the planet. How many times did our African American ancestors build a fully functional city or community, only to have it destroyed by those who did not want to see us succeed, and still “they rose from the ashes of their dreams manifested”. We can and must answer this call and support from our ancestors. They are in a position where they see where we are and know where we are headed if we don’t change the rules of this game of life, and step into our genius and power. Their words are our strength and our guidepost to a better future and a better world for our children.
Why can’t we be as uncomplicated and of clear sound mind and spirit as children? They know how to go into their world and shut out the “noise”!
“Great Spirit”,
In these days that seem to be haunting us with so many loud, distracting, and deceptive messages, we need your love and guidance to quiet our mind and ease the confusion that tries to take hold of our peace, clarity, and joy. The joy, “Great Spirit”, that we yearn for, that only being in relationship with your unconditional all encompassing “Love” can offer us. We need your support to fend off the things and people that are not healthy for our minds, bodies, and spirits. Grant us thy peace! Grant us thy grace! Grant us the strength to make decisions in our life that will give us the footing to do what will keep us of sound mind, good health, and a righteous spirit.
Second generation of knowing how to process and validate their emotions! These two characters know all about the “Reset Button”! It has been a tool to help our children process through their emotions.
Children can have a difficult time navigating through their emotions and if I am being truthful, it is part of our human design to be challenged by dealing with our emotions throughout our life’s journey. What we have to do as parents and caregivers of children, is to support them and guide them through the incidents that pop up and take them off their balance and control. We want them to learn to be comfortable and in control of the feelings that run through them. We don’t want them to be fearful and embarrassed about having a melt down or temper tantrum, feeing emotional of sad. We want to support them with tools that will aid them in processing through their feelings and find a resolve to what might be overwhelming and unbearable for their age and maturity.
We taught our children that they have the power and ability to reset the situation. We help them to process what they are experiencing by allowing them to have time and space to express themselves. Sometimes it takes sitting in the feelings till they can verbally express themselves. Sometimes it means holding them in the embrace of your tender arms and whispering words of love to ease their stress. Sometimes it involves finding alternative ways other than verbally communicating, and we might have to come up with more creative ways for them to sort through their feelings. I like “gentle reprocessing” which entails art, to bring to light what is transpiring so that words don’t get in the way.
It will take trying different modalities to find out what resonates with each child. Sometimes a family can come up with a safe way to process feelings and experiences that impact their emotions that are a clue for everyone to know that they need time, space, and support. For our family we have the children visualize a “reset button” that is part of their belly button. When we move through the emotions, we suggest pushing their “reset button”, take a deep breath, exhale, and start a new when they are ready. Their mind, heart, and soul, have to align in harmony in order to be able to feel a sense of relief and resolve. Trust me when I say, developing a ritual or modality for shifting through and resolving their emotions and feelings is a gift that will support them throughout their life.
We are blessed with the most beautiful country that provides a sacred space for the “Great Experiment”- A Life of Democracy!
We are living in a time of what seems to the naked eye to be that of chaos and confusion. I don’t want to succumb to being disillusioned or hopeless. We have a great opportunity to forge forward to support our country in realizing the fullness of living in a governmental system steeped and secured in the principles of Democracy. We cannot allow our Democracy evolve into a Kakistocracy! Our democracy is being threatened by a Kakistocracy. It is obvious that the current members of our Congress are out of control. We are being represented by politicians that are demonstrating character, ethics, intelligence, views, and agendas that are contrary to the best interest of the well-being of our country. We have to acknowledge their presence, challenge their agenda, and ethics that are destroying every fiber of the integrity and principles of democracy.
What is the difference between a Democracy and a Kakistocracy? Usually, the individuals that represent the people that vote them into office are individuals that support the values, principles, and needs of their constituency.
It has been a work in progress in this country in an effort to be a democracy, to uphold the values and laws of our Constitution of our country. The beauty of our Constitution is that it has the potential of evolving as our needs and circumstances in society change and evolve.
Our expectation and perhaps as we have recently discovered, is that the people that have committed themselves to public service are intelligent and ethical in how they deal in their position in office. Of course, we are not foolish enough to believe that our politicians are not capable of being unscrupulous and void of integrity. We do however, want them to uphold the tenants of our democracy. However, if we our honest, in the last 8-10 years, we have seen the methodical deterioration of our government and thrusting it on the verge of becoming a Kakistocracy.
What is a Kakistocracy? By definition it is a government by the least suitable or competent citizens of a state. A Kakistocracy is a government run by the worst, least qualified or most unscrupulous citizens. What can I say? I feel that as I navigate through the maze of what is transpiring daily in this country, I am so concerned that the Kakistocracts that are infused into our government, pose a serious danger to our Democracy! I can’t believe their words, actions, and the untruths they have used as their badge of self-interest and narcissism. The concept of “WOKE”, is so relevant in this time in our history. We must all embrace a life where we are awakened to what is transpiring around us and at the same time not allow ourselves to be overwhelmed and paralyzed to the point where we are not able to take action with our vote, our voice, and engagements to make a difference. We cannot sit back and idly allow our country to be overtaken and imploded by people that are not qualified to represent us.
Peace, Patience, Prayer will render the manifestation of our dreams, which ultimately lie in God’s blessing for the divinity, purpose and fulfillment of our life’s journey!
Peace that surpasses all understanding because it is difficult to actually articulate what peace is in words. It is a feeling of perhaps contentment that swells up in our very souls. It is the something that at times seems to slip through our grasp. It is not a state of being that is constant, but that we must draw unto ourselves to balance the chaos that creeps into our lives unexpectedly. Our daily mantra that keeps us on track is saying out loud and in our quiet moments-“Peace Be Still”!
Patience is perhaps the most challenging element in our journey. It is life long lessons that we are faced with in so many situations. We have a tendency to be impatient and struggle to control everything we can in our lives. It is not realistic to think that we can control what goes on around us. We can only control what is within us. I really believe what they say, “Patience is a virtue”. It is amazing to witness what can transpire in our lives when we are able to be patient and surrender. When we fight against the grain and struggle to control and manipulate situations and circumstances, we are wasting energetic vibrational power that can serve us better in other aspects of our life.
And then there is the power of prayer. Prayer, being that conversation with the Creator, of all living. things. The One who knows the totality of who we are and what we are capable of. The One who sees all. The One who hears all. The One who knows all. Prayer is the authentic engagement between us, and the “Holy Spirit”. It is available and accessible 24/7. The beautiful thing about prayer is that it is personal and completely individualized. Your prayer is your prayer. It is strictly between you and God.
These are the sacred tools that God has provided for us to utilize, that will enable us to manifest our divine purpose and find fulfillment on our life’s journey.
Compassion in its purist form. “He’s my little brother and he needs my gentle touch to fall asleep”.
Bullying- Why We Must Teach and Model Compassion–
What is essentially the act of compassion or being a person that carries and uses compassion from a heart space?
I looked up the word compassion in the Webster’s Children’s Dictionary and was so disappointed in the choice of words that were used for children to define and understand what the word means. “ Pity for and a desire to help someone”- “ having or showing pity and a desire to help someone”. Then I looked it up in the regular Webster’s Dictionary and the same word “pity” was used in the definition. The Center for Compassion and Altruism defines compassion as “ A multi-textured response to pain, sorrow and anguish. It includes kindness, empathy, generosity and acceptance. When we teach children that to be compassionate it means to pity, this is the very reason behind the foundation on which bullying is such a devastating and dangerous act in our society today.
From the word “pity” there is a feeling of superiority and entitlement ingrained in the texture of the word! I would never have used that word in explaining compassion to children! Who do they think these children of this period of civilization are? They don’t have a clue. We are not nurturing and guiding our children in the “light of spiritual development that they deserve and are looking for. The very examples of what they see in the media, games, movies and adult behavior, that they are bombarded with, does not promote compassion and or empathy.
This Early Childhood period of development is critical in so many areas of development! It is the only time in a child’s educational experience that there is a conscious and intentional decision to provide children with a curriculum that embraces teaching a child what it is to be a whole, healthy, happy socially and an emotionally sound human being!
We must teach compassion, empathy, inclusiveness, acceptance, love and generosity of spirit. We must teach cause and effect! We must teach responsibility for our actions. We must teach remorse for negatively impacting another person thru teaching empathy. We are as parents, teachers, extended family, and friends influencing and imprinting on the soul development of our children! How do we hold a sacred space for them to show up as being compassionate adults in this challenging world? Will they have the tools and character to be contributing members of society? Are we setting them up for failure and pain because we have not done our part to guide them and uphold the integrity of their divine identity? Bullying is taught and modeled. Children possess an innate ability to respond with love and compassion. It must be protected and nurtured. We have work to do!
Even little animals need our love and compassion. I think the expression on her face demonstrates how compassion impacts our being.
