Each Day In Your Life is Unique!
Tuesday is a day where we are being called to speak because if we are silent, it would be harmful to us personally or perhaps harmful for others. I know that in some circumstances it is difficult if not dangerous to put ourselves on the line and speak our truth, but sometimes our “Soul” tells us that we don’t have a choice. There are going to be times in our lives when we have serious life-changing decisions to make that might alter the course of our life, or at least it feels like and looks like to us that what we say will be more like a repercussion than a moment of evolvement on our soul’s journey.
The truth is that yes there will be an impact when we speak “Our Truth”, and whether it is a “Truth” in our personal lives, or a “Truth” to support someone else’s life, it is an action that was part of our “Destiny Soul Evolution”. Speaking up or out for takes courage and tenacity. These are elements of our “Divined Design” that are critical to our character and growth. “Great Spirit” does not expect us to “SIT” on what we have been endowed with! “The One Source”, our gracious and omnipotent creator, has poured so much into all of who we are, physically, intellectually, emotionally, and spiritually, that there is nothing in who we are that is lack and limitation.
It is our choosing of who we want to manifest in this life’s journey that differentiates us from one another. Tuesday represents the invitation to be bold in your life and share your authentic amazing understanding of what is right from wrong, just or unjust. Believe me when I say, that once you open up and live in alignment with what your soul is calling you out to do and be in this world, you will never relinquish the power, the beauty, the expression of love, and compassion that occupies your “Soul”. It does not get better than that! It is total liberation!

Sunday provides a resurrection energy for our daily life experiences. Sunday holds the space that allows us to integrate what makes sense and is important to us and for us from what we have lived throughout the week. Sunday provides us the opportunity to return to the “Source” from which we were created. So today we breathe deeply and relish the beauty of this day and all the possibilities it is holding for our wellbeing.
So, I invite you to breathe deeply! Close your eyes and visualize something that brings you back into homeostasis with your soul expression. May today bring you a sense of peace, joy, and moments of feeling loved and validated for who you are and what you are gifting humanity.

Keeping Your Soul in Tack!
Well truth be known, this world will try to “Take you there”! Take you where? Take you to that place where you do not want to vibrate from. This world tries to drag us into a space that would, if we allow it to, give us an “Out of body experience”, or as my grandmother use to say to us when we were not being our true selves, “You are beside yourself right now, and you better go back to being who God intended you to be”!
It’s not easy to be our authentic selves 24/7, but the least we can do is try and make an effort to stay clear of the situations and people who seem to know what the buttons to push that will “Take us out of ourselves”. When we lose control of the soul essence of our vibrational field force and succumb to the lower vibration that this world is operating on, we are risking too much! This world as it is now, is being forged throughout our planet with the most “out of control aggression”, that we have faced in the 21st century. I for one have never in my life seen anything like this!
We are being called to listen, evaluate, discern, and analysis, before we “ACT”! WE are being called to approach each other differently. We are being called to do more listening without judgement and an “Already made up our mind”, response to difficult situations. There is a Universal rhythm and flow that if we allow ourselves to submit to, we will see people and situations with more clarity and understanding. There needs to be less pulling and pushing each other into submission. We need communication and compromise. We need compassion and empathy as our “Calling Cards” to open honest and authentic communication and relationships.
These elements are need in our personal and professional relationships. These elements are needed in every country’s international affair and partnership that hopefully will breed solid relationships, because what we have now with the tactics of aggression, intimidation, harassment, persecution, coercion, and basic crimes against humanity, are only breeding hate, racism, greed, and narcissistic behavior. This is not where we want to be. This negative behavior is manifesting in just about every aspect of our current civilization and is the greatest threat to our sustainability as a specie. It starts with each of us being in alignment with the greatest most powerful antidote to this aggression- that is the power of “Love”. Be the blessing for someone today!

A Conversation in My Head-#11 Feeling the Energy that Unfolds on Tuesday We Approach It With A Flow of Purposeful Action Not Aggression.
When “Spirit” Speaks, I “Listen and Do”!
Looking at Tuesday from a historical and astrological lens, it reflects the ancient archetype of what is seen as courage, justice, and decisive action. In the Roman tradition, Tuesday reflects the energetic vibration of the planet Mars which aligns with the characteristics of strength, will, Protection, and action guided by principle.
If we ascribe to the knowingness that Sunday is a day of “Illumination and Alignment” and Monday is a day of “Attunement and Listening”, then Tuesday can be seen as a day of “Intention, Courage and Right Action.” This is a day that offers us the opportunity to be bold in our convictions and steadfast in our courage to defend what is our truth with love.
Tuesday is a day in which we are being called to advocacy not just for ourselves but for others.
Tuesday is a day where we are being called to speak because if we are silent, it would be harmful to us personally or perhaps harmful for others.
Tuesday is a day we are being called to protect the vulnerable, which is also a situation in which we might find ourselves and we are being called out to protect and secure our own personal boundaries.
Tuesday is a day where we are being called to choose integrity and ethics over what is comfortable and convenient.
Tuesday is a day where we are called to act from truth and not succumb to impulse and fear.
Tuesday is a day that we are being called to stand resolved in justice and speak from our conscientiousness of what is right and humane for not just ourselves, but for others.
If we are bold enough to apply these elements in all of our dealings and in all of the situations, we find ourselves in today-Tuesday, we will approach the experience of this day from a place of peace and fulfillment. Let today-Tuesday- be a day where my actions reflect the values I carry in my heart and soul. May my actions today bear witness to the integrity of my character and may my actions, words and deeds flow through with grace and dignity. To every day there is a purpose to fulfill.
I have recently been thinking about our journey here on this plane as developing a “practice”. A practice of living our lives not only in the present as opposed from worrying about the future and staying bound up in our past, but about embracing and engaging in what we are in the mist of as a co- creator of our presence with God. I truly believe that if we enthrall ourselves in the joy that passes thru us, we experience the pain that passes thru us, and then we sacrifice the suffering, or in my understanding, we acknowledge the situation that causes us the pain and then release it and know that it is temporal and can serve us no good to allow it to have more power or significance then the joy that comes in the morning.
We must experience the fullness of life in order to not only evolve as individuals spiritually, but as a member of the “human race”! Our growth and development impacts the whole. We must be aware of what “sits well with our souls”! We must live the fullness of our lives, and realize that we all come here with a life of purpose. The trick is that we think it is our jobs, or as some people say, ” what we do for a living”! It is not! That is a misconception that we can get caught up in and miss the reality of “who we are in relationship to God”! We are here to live life thru Him and for Him. We are engaged in a dance with him as we move thru this life’s journey!
We are here to create a practice of living!
It must include the following elements, but is not limited to anything.
Our possibilities are limitless!
Practice includes:
Prayer and or Meditation daily in the morning and evenings.
We must enhance and refine of our gifts that God has endowed us with.
Sharing those gifts to benefit mankind and allowing God to use us in His name and for His name sake we will fulfill our divine purpose.
Live a life of gratitude.
I believe that we can live our life’s “Practice”, which prepares us for each step to do what we are ordained to experience. That being said I would like you to try the following:
Get out of your head and emotions and step into your Spirit! It is huge and highly evolved and can carry you thru anything you have or will experience.
Create your life’s practice that might look like this:
Get good rest (power naps too)
️Exercise daily-
Eat balanced meals that feed your body and soul
Listen to your music daily and sing!
Journal 5-10 minutes daily
The Breath-
I would like for you to take a deep breath and start to first create this practice in your mindset before launching into it. This is a transitional experience.
You must solidify yourself so you can move into this next step with peace, joy, love and confidence. You have the “spirit stuff” to handle all of this and everything does not have to be perfect or complete.
Things are in process and only what is to actually happen in this process of transformation will happen.
You must now begin to retreat into your sacred space to move gently into preparation.
Let go of “controlling” everything and move into a space of “allowing”!
Not only is it the right place to operate from, it makes more sense since you get to be “present”, and then the “dance with God”,
begins, and the music of peace, joy, love, contentment and fulfillment begins!
You can actually enjoy life because we are all worthy of this sacred life space, in which to reside and operate our daily lives.
“Let go and let God”! Get out of God’s way so He can do His thing to and for your life!
After all you are living this life’s experience thru and with Him. This life and you belong to Him! Experience it to the fullest.

Ain’t that ah “Good News”!
It might seem like things are falling apart in our country, but in fact things are imploding so that we can birth a new reality grounded on a foundation of values and principles that were intended for the evolution of our “Democracy”. It is going to look crazy and evil when we look at the actions of this current fraudulent administration, but I want to affirm for each of in our “right mind and intact divine soul expressions, that what is happening right now and how it is impacting not just us, but other people and countries around the world will not prevail. I want you to move through your daily lives confidently and faithfully that our higher elevational vibration of good will towards each other, our compassion for each other, our respect for each other, our inclusive relationship with each other, and the desires of our hearts to live in peace and harmony with one another will vibrate at such a high altitude that it will disseminate the low life, evil, destructive, narcissistic nature and behavior that is trying in desperation to separate us from truth and our birthright to live a life of beauty, abundance, and peaceful co-existence.
Hold on to your truth of who you are and how you intend to live your life. Hold on to the power and divinity of your being. Hold on to your gift of discernment and the ability to decipher truth from lies and deception. Hold on to your intuitive wisdom that fuels the vitality of your life. Hold on to your divine energetic impulses that feed your creativity and genius. Hold on to your spiritual knowledge that grounds your ability to see and feel love, beauty, and that which is good and possible to uplift the lives we live as individuals and as a collective humanity. Hold on to your ability to always “Stand Up”, “Speak Up”, and “Show Up”, for what you know to be in alignment with what “Great Spirit” has ordained for our lives. Fill your cup with joy! Fill your cup with Love! Fill your cup with Faith! Fill your cup hope fulfilled! Fill your cup with all that you are till it is full and overflows shedding the blessings of your being to heal a misguided world.
