#2 -A Thought 4 Wednesday To Carry You Through This Beautiful Day!
Each Day In Your Life is Unique!
Wednesday calls us to be open to speaking our truth and our ideas and in return listening to others as they also need to be honored in doing the same. We have to communicate with each other from a position of being an active listener. This is not easy because we have a tendency to space out in our communication and focus in on words and or thoughts that trigger us to go off into thinking with an “already made up my mind” stance that short circuits the conversation. We miss so much of the “intentions” in our communicating with each other.
I confess as some one that has a background in Speech and Communication, that I realized from my teenage years, that communicating effectively, is the most challenging element of our human experience. We have to be so intentional about how, when, and where we try to communicate with each other so that there is a clear and unobstructed space in which we can give each other our full attention void of biases and preconceived ideas. I actually became a better communicator by working with young children.
They require your full attention and an open and receptive mind set! There is not an overabundance of words to shift through when children are expressing their thoughts and feelings. The nature of their conversation is grounded in simplicity. It is clear, concise, and to the point. If we are looking for “Truth”, we must be forthright in speaking our “Truth” and allowing others to have the same privilege extended to them. It’s a real give and take relationship that once created mutually, is invaluable. “Express yourself” authentically but with care and a sense of sensitivity for the person you are engaged with. Mutual respect is the grounding cord of the conversation.
May today bring you a sense of peace, joy, and moments of feeling loved and validated for who you are and what you are gifting humanity.

A Thought 4 Sunday To Carry You Through This Beautiful Day! #1
Each Day In Your Life is Unique!
Sunday provides a resurrection energy for our daily life experiences. Sunday holds the space that allows us to integrate what makes sense and is important to us and for us from what we have lived throughout the week. Sunday provides us the opportunity to return to the “Source” from which we were created. So today we breathe deeply and relish the beauty of this day and all the possibilities it is holding for our wellbeing.
So, I invite you to breathe deeply! Close your eyes and visualize something that brings you back into homeostasis with your soul expression. May today bring you a sense of peace, joy, and moments of feeling loved and validated for who you are and what you are gifting humanity.

A Thought 4 Saturday To Carry You Through This Beautiful Day! #1
Each Day In Your Life is Unique!
Saturday is spiritually connected with the energies of completion and wisdom. Saturday can be lived as a day of discernment and mercy towards us. It is an opportunity to feel a real sense of relief and freedom. Saturday is what I call my “Freedom Day”. A day of relaxation and not having to be “ON” and attending to things that can be incorporated during my “Work Week”.
It’s my self-imposed “Time Out” and “Time In” at the same time.
So, breathe deeply! Close your eyes and visualize something that brings you back into homeostasis with your soul expression. May today bring you a sense of peace, joy, and moments of feeling loved and validated for who you are and what you are gifting humanity.

A Thought 4 Friday To Carry You Through This Beautiful Day!
Each Day In Your Life is Unique!
Friday calls us to come into that aspect of ourselves that is gentle and loving. Friday can be a day of liberation from all trivial and nonsensical barriers and frees us to be in relationship with one another. In a relationship without judgement, that is non-transactional, and with hidden agendas. This day is a day of choosing the people in our lives that are gentle in spirit and loving as an essence of their soul.
So, breathe deeply! Close your eyes and visualize something that brings you back into homeostasis with your soul expression. May today bring you a sense of peace, joy, and moments of feeling loved and validated for who you are and what you are gifting humanity.

A Day Filled with the Agenda of Meeting the World With Your Divine Purpose in Alignment with A Positive Energy As Opposed to An Aggressive Negative Energy As A Response to the Experiences of the Day!
Keeping Your Soul in Tack!
Well truth be known, this world will try to “Take you there”! Take you where? Take you to that place where you do not want to vibrate from. This world tries to drag us into a space that would, if we allow it to, give us an “Out of body experience”, or as my grandmother use to say to us when we were not being our true selves, “You are beside yourself right now, and you better go back to being who God intended you to be”!
It’s not easy to be our authentic selves 24/7, but the least we can do is try and make an effort to stay clear of the situations and people who seem to know what the buttons to push that will “Take us out of ourselves”. When we lose control of the soul essence of our vibrational field force and succumb to the lower vibration that this world is operating on, we are risking too much! This world as it is now, is being forged throughout our planet with the most “out of control aggression”, that we have faced in the 21st century. I for one have never in my life seen anything like this!
We are being called to listen, evaluate, discern, and analysis, before we “ACT”! WE are being called to approach each other differently. We are being called to do more listening without judgement and an “Already made up our mind”, response to difficult situations. There is a Universal rhythm and flow that if we allow ourselves to submit to, we will see people and situations with more clarity and understanding. There needs to be less pulling and pushing each other into submission. We need communication and compromise. We need compassion and empathy as our “Calling Cards” to open honest and authentic communication and relationships.
These elements are need in our personal and professional relationships. These elements are needed in every country’s international affair and partnership that hopefully will breed solid relationships, because what we have now with the tactics of aggression, intimidation, harassment, persecution, coercion, and basic crimes against humanity, are only breeding hate, racism, greed, and narcissistic behavior. This is not where we want to be. This negative behavior is manifesting in just about every aspect of our current civilization and is the greatest threat to our sustainability as a specie. It starts with each of us being in alignment with the greatest most powerful antidote to this aggression- that is the power of “Love”. Be the blessing for someone today!
All About Tuesday-
A Conversation in My Head-#11 Feeling the Energy that Unfolds on Tuesday We Approach It With A Flow of Purposeful Action Not Aggression.
When “Spirit” Speaks, I “Listen and Do”!
Looking at Tuesday from a historical and astrological lens, it reflects the ancient archetype of what is seen as courage, justice, and decisive action. In the Roman tradition, Tuesday reflects the energetic vibration of the planet Mars which aligns with the characteristics of strength, will, Protection, and action guided by principle.
If we ascribe to the knowingness that Sunday is a day of “Illumination and Alignment” and Monday is a day of “Attunement and Listening”, then Tuesday can be seen as a day of “Intention, Courage and Right Action.” This is a day that offers us the opportunity to be bold in our convictions and steadfast in our courage to defend what is our truth with love.
Tuesday is a day in which we are being called to advocacy not just for ourselves but for others.
Tuesday is a day where we are being called to speak because if we are silent, it would be harmful to us personally or perhaps harmful for others.
Tuesday is a day we are being called to protect the vulnerable, which is also a situation in which we might find ourselves and we are being called out to protect and secure our own personal boundaries.
Tuesday is a day where we are being called to choose integrity and ethics over what is comfortable and convenient.
Tuesday is a day where we are called to act from truth and not succumb to impulse and fear.
Tuesday is a day that we are being called to stand resolved in justice and speak from our conscientiousness of what is right and humane for not just ourselves, but for others.
If we are bold enough to apply these elements in all of our dealings and in all of the situations, we find ourselves in today-Tuesday, we will approach the experience of this day from a place of peace and fulfillment. Let today-Tuesday- be a day where my actions reflect the values I carry in my heart and soul. May my actions today bear witness to the integrity of my character and may my actions, words and deeds flow through with grace and dignity. To every day there is a purpose to fulfill.
What does it take and whom must you be to serve children as their teacher?
You must be patient.
They say, whoever they are, that patience is a virtue. I know as a teacher and a mother, that being patient is a necessary element that we must develop in our character. I confess that it is an everyday skill set that we as in our human nature, struggle to be consistent with on a daily basis and from one situation to the next. I believe that in terms of the character assets that we need to approach the world with, patience is one of those acquired assets that can make life more doable and enjoyable. Patience sets the tone of how the world will respond to us. It can be quite a challenge to be patient with adults because our expectations for their behavior and attitude is that because they have life experiences under their belt and an archive of lessons from which they should have learned and evolved, that adults would operate from a space of wisdom and integrity.
However, when it comes to children we have a responsibility as the adults in their life, to be mature and far more understanding and patient as we lead them, guide them, and nurture them through their childhood experiences. They are truthfully and righteously are supposed to be able to depend on us to be compassionately patient. What does this energetic response of patience need to sustain itself? Well first, it calls for us to be patient and understanding of who we are as a human being coming from our own life experiences and come to a realization that we are not perfect, we are called to, as is everyone , knowingly or not, called to practice the art of perfecting ourselves in our own unique divine identity, and that this art of perfecting the evolution of our soul expression is what life is all about.
We must see each other, especially children, in that light so that they are free of judgment and other people’s expectations. Can you imagine what the world would be like, and even better, what a child’s childhood would be like if they were surround by, and showered with patience, which in the core of patience love is the foundational element? Can you imagine how much children would learn in their school environments and in their home environments if they knew their caregivers nurtured them with patience? How do you feel when someone has treated you with “compassionate patience”? I know from my life experiences that not only does it instill more patience for me to share with others, but it inspires me to take flight and soar. It makes me feel like I am valued and that I have unlimited potential. I believe that this is what we want for our children. Think about it?
