We Are Too Blessed to Be Stressed

By This Chaos and Mess!

When “Spirit” Speaks I “Listen and Do”!

All this random unnecessary chaos, confusion, and illusional nonreality tactics to distract us from who we are, who we belong to, and the truth of what has been provided for all of to live a beautiful, meaningful, healthy, happy, and whole life, can no longer hold us hostage from the “One Source”, “Great Spirit”, God’s intention for humanity. 

The gifts we hold that allow us when tapped into our relationship with our “Creator”, has a very different manifestation than what this world is trying to force down our throats.  This manic system that vibrates only on a negative and restrictive level of consciousness, would have us believe that we are not capable or powerful enough to break away from this corrupt system.

 This system that tries to dominant the world with greed and self-proclaimed power that breeds a sense of supremacy and entitlement, merely transposes itself and the elements it uses to captivate our soul’s identity, every time we go deeper into our memory of what is truth. 

 We are no longer asleep and for some of us we are coming out of the hypnotic state that living not in the world but of the world captivated our attention. We are breaking the system that has thrown the world into chaos and demented acts of cruelty.  It is losing its hold on the souls that are awake and are speaking up, standing up, and showing up not just in their own personal lives, but in ways to support our collective humanity.

I am so excited!  If you could see what I see and know what I know in my spirit, -Our Creator and all the principalities of the “Angelic Energy” are at work.  Stand in the knowingness that you are blessed and be a blessing to others.

So, breathe deeply! Close your eyes and visualize something that brings you back into homeostasis with your soul expression.  May today bring you a sense of peace, joy, and moments of feeling loved and validated for who you are and what you are gifting humanity.

No More Crimes Against Humanity!

Children see and recognize the beauty of the world; they just need us to save guard them and the world they are inheriting.

 This blog was written previously about the children landing at our borders and are now living in camps – separated from their families. Now I am re-visiting this because I am so disturbed and hurt about what is happening in the Ukraine, Gaza, Sudan, Venezuela, Cuba and all over the planet where we are engaged in over 22 wars worldwide.   The plight of the people-families and of course THE CHILDREN have to be a global concern!

It has to stop! These wars of aggression and greed on the part of countries that are being run by tyrants clothed in greed and supremacy, must be dealt with.  We cannot sit in our homes comfortably and live as though this tyranny does not impact our lives.  We know that children are suffering.  We know what is fostering and supporting these crimes against humanity as well as the genocide that is happening right before our eyes.  There must be a united front to demand that those responsible for this terrorism that is devastating the lives of children, be stopped!

I can’t begin to tell you how devastated I am thinking about the children that are being snatched from their mother’s arms. What is going on in America? Have we lost sight of our core values, or was I mistaken in thinking we were a beacon light in the world standing for justice and compassion for all of humanity. I guess it was merely a smoke screen to hide who a large majority of people are in this country. I should have known better when I look at the truth of our history.

When I read the pages of people’s lives that have endured slavery, turned away from the shores of our country because they were people of color and we didn’t want to get involved. Native Americans whose land we stole and who’s lives and culture we destroyed. The Japanese camps, the homeless on our streets, the mentally and emotionally ill citizens that roam our streets in live in the dark cold bowels of the hell we allow them to squatter in.

Where are the politicians? Where are the educators? Where are the concerned parents? Where are our religious leaders and institutions that profess to care and serve these huddled masses all over the world? Where are we, the ordinary citizens of this global society. I am afraid that this act of kidnapping children from their parents, hides acts of human trafficking.

People, we have a responsibility to call out the people in so call power, the people who are supposed to hold God’s truth to share with mankind, the people who educate our children, the people who are supposed to protect us, the people of wealth, and just you and me,  that are supposed to be awake in our lives and have a conscious to do the following:
Stand up to crimes against humanity!
Stand up to those who can institute change!
Speak Up and hold people accountable!
Show up in love, respect, compassion and passion to be agents of change.  If we don’t take care of our children and families, society will crumble.

I know this is a heavy topic and might be uncomfortable to listen to, but I don’t have a choice.  I know that my life’s purpose is to advocate for children.  I know that children are the most precious gift that has been gifted to our humanity.  I know I have a responsibility to be true to what “Great Spirit” has instilled in my soul, so I do not apologize for speaking my truth for what is the purpose of our life if we hide our gifts and shelter our truth.

So, breathe deeply! Close your eyes and visualize something that brings you back into homeostasis with your soul expression.  May today bring you a sense of peace, joy, and moments of feeling loved and validated for who you are and what you are gifting humanity.

There is a New Dawn Forth Coming Steeped in Unity of Spirit, Grace, Compassion, and Agape Love for Our Humanity.

We have to stand on the promises of “Great Spirit” that goodness resides in the depths of our soul expression.  We were not envisioned and created to be separate from the “One Source that not only created us but intentionally gave us the breath of life from its breath. The killing and hate in our world cannot be justified as a “Holy War” because in the eyes of “Great Spirit”, there are no holy wars.  

There are no wars that justify being holy. What the world is engaged in now is Spiritual warfare! People it is about the evil grounded and expressed by all that seeks to separate us from our true identity and from our Divine Creator- The One Source”- “Great Spirit”-God.  These mutations of these soulless beings that stride to separate us are grounded in-

The actual physical, emotional, and spiritual-Separation from God- “The One Source”- “Great Spirit”-

Ignorance

Greed

Ethnocentrism

Racial supremacy

Poverty

Hunger for food to nourish both body and soul

Disenfranchisement

Mental and emotional illness

Fear of loss of something that is impossible to hold on to anyway!

Righteous indignation

Isolation

Alternative facts and truth

The Me-Myself-and I syndrome that blinds us to the needs of others.

Soulless beings that have forfeited the divine purpose of their earthly existence!

Ideology that we are no longer “our brother’s keeper”

You know in your “Spirit” when something is not of “God”-

You know in your “Spirit” what evil looks like and feels like.

We are being bombarded by that vibration every day, all day long, from every arena that they can infuse themselves into to cause distraction and chaos.

It might seem that the elements that ascribe to this intention of separation are having a field day right now, but as soon as we figure out that ultimately God is in charge and that love, peace, and the gift of life is in it’s self God’s power within us, we will rise up with wings of angels and reclaim this earth and all that God has endowed humanity with and evil will diminish until all there is -is God! Yes- God is love and all there is -is Love!

Wake up in your life and help to usher in that love- 

Speak truth and ethics!

Speak love and respect!

Speak compassion and patience!

Speak it and be it and the vibration that each of us resound will reverberate globally and shift the current that is destroying our planet and deconstructing the divinity of our souls!

The Sacred Space for Transformative Agreements

 I am quietly yet intentionally observing the rising up of women in all areas of our society.  I don’t think people realize and are aware of what has been happening as women infiltrate the spaces that are usually saved for and run by men.  It amuses me because even though I know it was no small thing for we as women to be able to hold positions of power and influence, it seems from the outside looking in, that it has just happened effortlessly and almost in a rather magical way. 

No big recognition and celebrative acknowledgment, just a lot of behind-the-scenes preparation, strategic planning, and their genius at work.  It is so rewarding and inspiring to witness this mobility and accomplishments of women not just sitting at the “Table” or demolishing the “Sacred Ceiling” but actually positioned in places and spaces that impact our lives on a local, national, and global level.

 They bring that uniqueness of their carefully crafted divine gifts to usher into a situation or challenge a perspective that is more deeply in tune to the laws of the universe, and if they have really done the work that they were ordained to do, they bring in a spiritual essence of compromise, compassion, openness to being an “active listener”, and hopefully an sense of humility -not to be confused with a lack of self-esteem and self-love, but just to the point where it allows others to feel that their contributions are worthy of being considered. 

It is truthfully a balancing act that when done authentically and in earnest, has the potential of healing situations that might otherwise seem hopeless.  I am by no means making a blanket statement that all women fall into this category.  It takes a lot of work to come into the purpose for which you are divined to be.  It starts with an awakening to who you are in the eyes of “Great Spirit” and takes a recommitment to be the “YOU” that you were designed to be and then a willingness to step into the footsteps of your ancestors.

We were meant to be  guided and mentored on this path to bring to light not just the potential of who women can be and what women can do to enhance the nature and behavior of our lost and misdirected  humanity, but we are in fact “answering a ‘Call to Action’, that “Great Spirit” is moving in us to fulfill the original design of how humanity should function.  “Great Spirit” is awakening our memory.

We need each other and we need time and space to support each other.  I am proposing that women all over the world start in their families and communities “Women Sacred Circles” where women that are seeking to be in alignment with “Great Spirit” come together to formulate “Transformative Agreements” that speak to how we can nurture ourselves so that we might nurture and support in each other.

I would like to challenge the women in these sacred circles to commune on issues we are facing in their families, communities, their country, and globally and connect the dots as to how the issues that are plaguing us as individuals and as a collective humanity are challenges that have answers if we but work together in harmony and alignment with not just each other but in alignment and in connection with “Great Spirit” who sees all, hears all, and knows all. 

This is how the healing will begin, and we will evolve  as a humanity that is grounded in being our highest selves.  WE are walking in the footsteps of our ancestors, and we are fearlessly fearless.  We know that we are loved and protected by them.  Move in grace and beauty with the genius of your spirit and what can be accomplished is beyond our imagination.

We know that there is a united energy that is trying to silence us and remove us from positions where we are needed, but as the Negro Spiritual says,

“WE Shall Not Be Moved,  We Shall Not Be Moved,

Just like a tree that’s planted by the waters,

We Shall NoT Be Moved”

Each Day In Your Life is Unique!

Tuesday is the day that is a testament to our nature that is courageous and instinctually comes into play when needed.  It is a day we can show how courageous we have the potential of being and that we can draw on that “Super-Power”, whenever our “Spirit” calls for it.  There are so many aspects of Tuesday, today that we can step into the majestical powers that are held and released in a moments notice. 

This is the day we reclaim our voice that tells the world, and anyone actually, that needs to know that we are not afraid or uncomfortable in expressing what we need, what we want, and who we are.  It is our responsibility, especially in today’s world that the voices of truth and justice come to the forefront.  It is important in our personal lives that we speak our truth boldly and profoundly. 

It is not healthy for us to withhold who we are if we are to be that magnetic spiritually energized being, that is a vital piece to the puzzle that constitutes humanity.   We have a part to play, and we were intentionally designed and created to contribute aspects of the “Divine”- “The Creator”- “The One Source”.  Our voices are needed more now than ever. 

This reminds me of a verse in the “Black National Anthem”, when we sing “Lift every voice and sing, Till earth and heaven ring, ring with the harmonies of victory”.  What an amazing experience to visualize the voices of truth and justice rising to the heavens and we as a result live in harmony with each other.  Let’s practice using our voices for truth and harmony today and see what it feels like.  Lift the truth of your voice.

Each Day In Your Life is Unique!

 Tuesday is a day where we are called to act from our truth and not succumb to impulse and fear.  It is so human of us to react impulsively and to respond to people and situations outside of ourselves because they or the situation stirs up the emotion of fear within us.  We are in the process of trying to navigate this life experience we are currently engulfed in, “on guard”, “in a defensive stance of protection and a self -defense mode.  We are fearful of letting ourselves reveal our truth in some situations for fear of reprisal or fear of being dismissed because we don’t see things in terms of what the status quo feels is either right or valuable. 

Tuesday is reminding us that we cannot live that way and we don’t have to compromise who we are, what our values are, and that we owe it to ourselves and to others to always be our authentic selves.  We carry a truth that is part of the “Big Reveal”.  The veil between this contrived reality, and the real world that vibrates on a higher and more spiritually grounded plane is wearing thin and the truth of who we are as divine beings with divine purpose is coming through with a magnitude of evidence and clarity, that it cannot be ignored. 

All that is not loving, just, kind, compassionate, truthful, and does not reflect the essence of our “One Source”, our “Creator”, is rising to the surface of our consciousness. It is being revealed to us in real time, right before our eyes, and we are either open and truthful about what we know instinctually that is housed in our soul to draw from, or we fall into the muck and become complicit to perpetuating the altered reality that is confronting us. 

WE know better and we are being called to do better.  As always, we are given a choice.  Today on this Tuesday that we have been called to stand in our truth fearlessly, I invite you to take a moment and assess how you are living and decide how you want to feel, not just physically and emotionally, but how your “Soul” is reacting to how you are showing up in your life and in the lives of others. 

It’s amazing how when you become sensitized to this condition we are navigating, that we discover how inner connected we are to one another.  This connection is a sacred phenomenon that our “Creator” did intentionally and for a reason. You and I are uniquely a part of this equation of what humanity is and how it can sustain itself.   The answer is being revealed one soul awakening in one authentic being at a time.

So, breathe deeply! Close your eyes and visualize something that brings you back into homeostasis with your soul expression.  May today bring you a sense of peace, joy, and moments of feeling loved and validated for who you are and what you are gifting humanity.

#5 -A Thought 4 Thursday To Carry You Through This Beautiful Day!  Gratitude!

Each Day In Your Life is Unique!

Thursday is a day in which we can take stock of the elements in our life that we are grateful for.  We actually do take a lot of things for granted.  Little things in our life that seem so natural for us to have that we are not conscious that so many other people have a different life experience that finds them in poverty, homeless, addicted to things that have destroyed the quality and vibrance of their lives.  We go about our day not empathetically conscious that there are children all over this planet without families to care for them, food and clothing to protect their bodies and sustain their health.  How often do we say to ourselves I am so grateful that I don’t have to listen to bombs blasting all around me fearing for my life. 

I had a dear friend from Iran who that suffered from PTSD.  We became friends as new teachers in a preschool class and co-taught.  She was one of the gentlest most loving teachers I ever had the honor of teaching with. The closer our friendship grew, the more she revealed to me the things she had experienced in her own childhood.  She was always on guard and hypersensitive about the children we were left to care for.  I can’t imagine why in this day and age, children are still experiencing these travesties.  We have in this country so much to be grateful for, even as we are being held hostage by a heartless regime. 

I am not happy about the state of our country and what is being perpetrated here and across this planet that is causing crimes against humanity, but at the same time I have to pause and be grateful that I have the consciousness and the soul to recognize how blessed I am.  I don’t want to take anything for granted.  I feel that by living in a state of gratitude it has allowed me the strength to speak out on behalf of those who are not living the life they deserve because of the conditions of a broken humanity.  I know this is a little heavy, but I have to write and speak what my soul wants to express. 

Today, Thursday, is calling for us to put our gratitude into action.  There is something each of us can do today in the fabric of this day to bring to light what we are grateful for and what we want to make our humanity healed and viable.  We need to highlight that there is still more beauty, still more possibilities of loving and being loved, still more abundance for all if we but care and share, still more avenues and resources available to fill in the voids and heal the ills that our world is facing.  We are not powerless!  We are not fragile and impotent!  We are not ignorant- we see what we see-we hear what we hear- and we know truth from lies- and evil from good!

 Count your blessings and take the time to name them one by one.  Show the world what gratitude looks like-feels like – and what living in gratitude reaps not for just yourself but for others.  The power of gratitude can move mountains and quiet the angry seas of greed and misuse of fraudulent powers.  Each of us have been ordained to be “The Truth and the Light” of the power of Love. Don’t waste it embrace it!

So, breathe deeply! Close your eyes and visualize something that brings you back into homeostasis with your soul expression.  May today bring you a sense of peace, joy, and moments of feeling loved and validated for who you are and what you are gifting humanity.

 Each Day In Your Life is Unique!

Tuesday is a day where we are being called to choose integrity and ethics over what is comfortable and convenient.  This is a phenomenon that is plaguing every aspect of our humanity.  It feels so raw and out of reach to expect that people will operate in their affairs coming from a place of integrity or be ethical in what they do.  Mommie always said that “The reflection of who a society is starts at the top and tringles down”.  As I look at where we are as a humanity right now, Mommie was absolutely right.  There is a problem with that though, because we need to reconnect with the values and morals that will sustain the essence of who we were designed to be authentically. 

If we are to evolve in our consciousness and being in integrity and ethical is how we must operate naturally.  If however we are concerned about the external world over our internal world, we are shortchanging ourselves and perhaps on a larger scale we are not gifting humanity what we have come to share.  I believe that one of the reasons we are experiencing the world as it is today in chaos and destruction, is that we were too comfortable and chose convenience over rising to do what we know needed to be done or said. 

Tuesday is reminding us that we owe ourselves and others to be wholly who we are and to stand on the elements of our character that speak to why we are here, what we have come to share, and how we recognize and honor our vibrational connection as human beings.  There is so much freedom, peace, and joy in being in integrity in your life and being ethical in your words and deeds.  Freedom, I tell you!  It’s Freedom!

On a foot note-  I have a knowing that what you put out you get back in return! 

 So, breathe deeply! Close your eyes and visualize something that brings you back into homeostasis with your soul expression.  May today bring you a sense of peace, joy, and moments of feeling loved and validated for who you are and what you are gifting humanity.

Hear Our Prayers “Great Spirit”

Dear ‘Great Spirit”,

Oh Lord!!!! As if it was not enough for 21 + wars surging around our gifted planet at one time, now there is a now there is a tenuous and destructive action brewing across the Middle East! Why is humanity so dead set on taking arms against each other rather than to use their arms to embrace each other.  Why is there this forbearing edge in the spirit of MANkind to subscribe to the ideology of “lack and limitation” and that if we actually allow ourselves to live in peace and harmony with each other it will somehow make us weak and vulnerable to the position of losing what we have on the material plane.  We build walls to encase the borders of our land as if it was your intention that we claim sole ownership to anything that you have provided for all of us. 

Today we have to pray without ceasing to bring into fruition a world that thrives on love and compassion instead of greed and possession.  We are praying for a renewal of the “holy spirit” that resides within our souls.  We need to live within the confines of our “Divined identity” that we were create with instead of the soul that has been tampered with by the whims of systems and people that are not in alignment with thee.  We know what the power of “Prayer” has over not just this planet but the universe that you dreamed and manifested into reality. 

We know that with your Angels’ voices of truth and wisdom these your agents of guidance, nurturing, and protection shall fill us with faith in Thee and Hope for the future of a humanity that aligns itself with all that you have provided for us, on this earthly and plane and on the spiritual plane.  I am claiming the birthing of a new world that holds sacred the life of every human being and with reverence and gratitude for this planet and its resources that are provided to nurture our bodies and evolve our soul’s essence.

Ashé!  Ashé! Amêm!  Amen!

 We are praying without ceasing!

Pray for our world to lay down their weapons of death and destruction and pick up their armors of Love, Compassion, Justice, Consciousness, Forgiveness, and the Peace to create adn birth a new world order grounded in a heart space for humanity.

There is Absolutely Nothing Good About –

“Good Friday”! Cause WE Missed the Point!!

“Father Forgive Them, For They Know Not What They Do”!   Has nothing changed?  Will we ever learn?

Jesus was arrested, put on trial, and sentenced to death by crucifixion.
-He was beaten, mocked, and made to carry His cross to a hill called Golgotha.
There, He was nailed to the cross and died.
His last words were full of love, forgiveness, and trust in God.

How do we as “Christians” even formulate our mouths to identify this day as a “Good” Day?

He went to pray and engage with His Heavenly Father to consult with Him on what to do in the Garden of Gethsemane.  I can’t imagine the content of that discussion as a mother, because I would not want to sacrifice my child knowing the conditions of humanity then and seeing today that not much has changed. 

Jesus sacrificed His life hoping that our humanity would become what our Creator had imagined, then envisioned, designed, crafted and then breathed life into.  Jesus was on a mission for “Great Spirit”!  He did not intend to have His work institutionalized and distorted from the “Truth of what He taught and lived.  He came with a message of DEI+!  He was in His own identity a being that represented diversity!  He sought to bring awareness for the need to have equity amongst all of us. 

Jesus could not have been more open and accessible to including anyone that sought His love and compassion, to be part of His life’s journey.  I know that Jesus is with us in the “Spirit”, but if He were here in the “Flesh”, which I have seriously advised Him to stay on the Heavenly realm, till we get our act together because “once was definitely enough of a sacrifice, He would have been all in the mix of fighting for Justice and showing us how to live a life of compassion and love.  Jesus was a “Holy Spirit” of unconditional Radical Love”, and He in His human form probably had moments in that garden that He could have simply said “forget it, this battle for the sanctity of your souls and the souls of humanity, are on you”. 

He could have simply saved Himself from the agony of death and been self-consumed and indifferent to the woes of the world.  Instead, He allowed Himself to be used as a symbol of Faith, Love, and Hope for the redemption of all mankind.  He made the supreme sacrifice and what real gratitude have we given to demonstrate that we get His messaged, that we are intentionally trying to live by His principles and values, and that we are everyday trying to walk in the light of not Christianity as a systematic institutional system, but as authentic followers of “Christ” holding the “Christ Spirit” as our guiding post to walk this world and impact this world as He did and as He would today.

He was betrayed by someone He thought loved Him and understood His purpose on earth. He was hung on the cross and engaged with the two thieves that hung on either side of Him.  He did not shame them or pass judgement on them because He knew the content of their broken souls.  They communed with Him on that day, hanging on those crosses on that hill known as “Golgotha” which represented the place of death-executions.  Even as they were hanging on that cross, one on either side of Jesus, the conversation could have started out as a battle for their souls.  Interestingly enough Jesus was not battling He gave them the space to “come back to themselves and then in a most grace filled way He told them-“Truly I tell you, today you will be with me in paradise”.  Do we offer each other that same kind of love and grace? 

 This day- this “Good Friday” I see as the “Day of Redemption and Accountability”.  I see it as a “Day of Gratitude” that a “Holy man of humble means” over 2, 000 years ago loved us, all of humanity, representing every ethnicity, walk of life, and condition of life, with a love so expansive and unconditional, that He laid down His life to set you and me free. I walk in that light! will you choose to walk in that light?  It is a choice!
