Still We Rise! Still We Dream! Still We Change The World!

***For translation of the text of the blog: touch the Blue Globe on the top right-hand corner.

I was recently asked the question, “What’s one lesson you learned the hard way?”  I thought about this for a long time struggling to think of a lesson I had to learn the hard way when I was raised to use my discernment, my family, and my village in navigating my life and life choices.  I learned at an early age to keep an open mind and an open-heart approach to life.  I’ve had some amazing and some horrific life experiences, but I always knew that I never had to struggle through these experiences alone and so perhaps the support of other people in my life, gave me the strength and fortitude to utilize my resources and flexibility to handle my affairs.

Then it hit me like a ton of bricks- a tsunami of emotions!  The life experience that has impacted every fiber of my being is the realization that women, children, and especially people of color in this new world order are under attack.  Our current ideological society is trying desperately and openly to rescind and destroy all the groundwork women, and the Civil Rights Movement had fought for to liberate and uplift our status in humanity.

We have no real security to hold what we have accomplished and contributed to humanity in place.  We are vulnerable and it seems to the powers to be, that we can lose ourselves to whatever they dictate the value of our lives to be.  I have been writing a blog, “Women of Compassionate Spirits” for some time now.  I was given the task in my “spirit’ to call women into action.

I realize now that our position in this male dominated framework is out of balance and is threatened by women and people of color because with us comes, inclusion, tenacity, courage, justice, creativity, intuitive perspectives, spiritual insight, and for women the elements of our divined physiology that holds the womb of creation.  The womb that is the creator of just not souls, but a divined creator of elements that bring balance and genius to humanity.

This question has validated my work to advocate for children and families and has broaden my work to be an agent of change for not just women, but people of color, like me.  Realizing that close to over 400,000 Black women lost their positions of authority in the first 3 months of 2026, drew me back to the emotions and response I experienced in the 1960’s.  We are not going back!  Each of us are “Influential Women” on our own platforms and places of influence, and as a collective, we will “Birth a World” that our children will not just survive in but thrive in.

We must be certain that included in our agenda for change that what we are fighting for is firmly embedded in the fabric of laws and policies in our country and in the threads of our collective humanity.

Ashé! Have a Blessed and Purpose Filled Day!

So, breathe deeply! Close your eyes and visualize something that brings you back into homeostasis with your soul expression.  May today bring you a sense of peace, joy, and moments of feeling loved and validated for who you are and what you are gifting humanity.

I’m Just Sayin-Let Freedom Ring-Voiced

I’m Just Sayin-Let Freedom Ring-Voiced

Independence Day- Day of Independence- A Day to Celebrate Freedom!  We are all “Worthy and Entitled to Freedom”!                 It’s a birthright!

***For translation of the text of the blog: touch the Blue Globe on the top right-hand corner.

As many of our American citizens are celebrating the 4th of July today, I had to re-evaluate my feelings and understanding of how I as an African American woman born to an African American father from the South, and a Jamaican mother of mixed ethnicity, fit into the fabric of the American culture celebrating the Independence from Great Britain. A battle fought not just by Europeans, but Africans that inhabited this land (quiet as it is kept) before their brothers and sisters that were brought here in chains, as well as African slaves and various Indigenous people that this land belonged to before the arrival of the British colonizers.

The unfortunate truth is that 250 years later the promises made and promises broken have remained unresolved. But the thing that comes to my mind and heart, is that this is a day that has significance in another way. For me I understand the need for independence and freedom as well as acknowledging that we are interdependent and our freedom must be in alignment with human rights.

I have the independence to make my own life’s decisions and to know that I have the freedom to set the course of my destiny without fear of being judged or restricted. I made a conscious decision to be in this world but not of this world so “I hear the beat of another drummer”! How magnificent and precious are the gifts of independence and freedom.  We no longer can take it for granted as we go about our daily lives.

In so many corners of the world, people have never experienced this gift of freedom. If ever there was a time in this country to uphold our independence, it is now! It is time to re-evaluate what we all have an investment in.  Our freedom is to be honored and respected.  This country is the “Great Experiment in the Democratic System of Government”.

We cannot allow the partisan politics that are erupting in our government to destroy the fundamentals of our country that’s intentions is to govern for the people,  by the people, and with the people.  I acknowledge that I am blessed this day that celebrates “Independence” and I pray that people around the world might be afforded the same gift of freedom that rings in my heart and resides in the depth of my soul.

God Bless the America for what it can be, a place of freedom, inclusion, justice, acceptance, and dignity for all that are inheriting this land.  May who and what we are to become as our democracy be manifested, and be a light for the world to hold the truths, that all mankind is equal and worthy of this freedom to be independent and free.

Remember though, with freedom comes responsibility and accountability.  I see that as the missing link that has cast shadows of racism and supremacy, greed for wealth and power on the tenants of our “Declaration of Independence and our Constitution. We have work to do!

So, breathe deeply! Close your eyes and visualize something that brings you back into homeostasis with your soul expression.  May today bring you a sense of peace, joy, and moments of feeling loved and validated for who you are and what you are gifting humanity.

Ashé! Have a Blessed Day!

Every sunset that kisses this land is a blessing

Now looking at the thought about tomorrow being “The Fourth of July”, I am so conflicted about celebrating any kind of acknowledgement that is connected to honoring a system of government that is in a malignant stage of Cancer. The Cancers of “Racism” and “Crimes Against Humanity”. As I child raised in the public school system, I was taught the history of an America that mouthed principles that were in no way aligned to the practices of an “inclusivity and justice” as a system striving to evolve into a “Democracy”!

Over and over again we go through unconceivable events where the people of this country and the government that chooses to serve them, engage in acts of terrorism against any ethnicity or group with a particular ideology that they deem offensive and threatening to their way of life that puts them in a position of power and supremacy. I know too much! I have seen too much! I have experienced too much emotional pain and disgust to participate in the torrid waters that are sending avalanches of tsunamis of cruelty and disregard for the sanctity and sacredness of our collective humanity.

I have to make some hard decisions on how I am going to respond to the conditions of my country and my community and at the same time keep my family safe and healthy physically, emotionally, and spiritually. I know as a specie it is important in all cultural expressions that we embody, to celebrate “Life”! I have to find a way to, with the input and feelings of my family members, make new traditions while at the same time find ways to compromise on the things that might be important to individual members, to hold on to.

I have to find ways, with the help of my family to dissect what are things we want to hold on to that have traditionally reflected the values and principles of our elders and ancestors. We have to allow “Truth” and “Reflective Wisdom”, be the guiding light that helps us make choices that meet the needs of each of us in the family. So this 4th of July, we will not be celebrating the declaration of freedom from the King of England.

We will be declaring our own personal freedom from those individuals and entities that are trying to obstruct and deny the freedom and security of our fellow human beings that have come to this country for refuge from the tyranny of lack and limitation as well as in some situations, are trying to outrun the treat of “DEATH”.

So tomorrow, I will gather together with family and sit in the love, joy, peace, and security of our family legacy that stands firmly on compassion, justice, and world peace. WE shall not be moved!

We shall not, we shall not be moved
WE shall not, we shall not be moved
Like a tree that’s planted by the water
We shall not be moved.
WE are fighting for our freedom, we shall not be moved-
WE are fighting for our children, we shall not be moved-
And once again-
WE are fighting for the end to racism, we shall not be moved-
WE are fighting for humanity and compassion, we shall not be moved-

So, breathe deeply! Close your eyes and visualize something that brings you back into homeostasis with your soul expression.  May today bring you a sense of peace, joy, and moments of feeling loved and validated for who you are and what you are gifting humanity.

Ashé! Have a Blessed Day!

The Sacred Space for Transformative  Agreements!

The Message Today is-

WE the Peacekeepers, the Agents of Change, the Wombs that Carry the Re-birthing of a Just and Compassionate Humanity are Answering the Call of the Universe!

***For translation of the text of the blog: touch the Blue Globe on the top right-hand corner.

Today we must make our voices and intentions known!  The vote and stance that our Supreme Court of outrageously racist Judges took in respect to immigrants seeking asylum from “Crimes Against Humanity”, is blatantly cruel and evil.   I could not in good conscious stand back and not respond to this act of cruelty.

Today we meet the chaos and destruction that is being perpetrated on our humanity, face to face.  This is the beginning of the global transition of power into the hands of those that see the need for change and compassion that fuels the universal principle of “radical love” as the dove of peace rises to meet the volume of our voices that will not be silenced or deterred.

We are here for the long haul, no matter how long it takes.  We will birth a world that is better than this.  We see what this world is doing to our children and know that we must be held accountable to protect them in this mess.

The negative and vile energy that is driving this corruption and greed, will never ever be able to prevail.  People whose “Soul is Alive and Awake” know that “Karmatic Spiritual Justice” is going to resolve this hateful, greed and supremacy driven criminal action accountable!  But we must do our part as well!

This is our time women of compassionate spirits to answer the “Call”, there is no more time or room for apathy or feeling helpless, we have to remember and awaken to who are as women.  Change is coming, there is no doubt in my mind, as “Great Spirit” as our leader guiding our steps, with angels surrounding us on the right and on our left, there are no weapons that can form against us or that will turn us back.  WE are the “Agents of Compassion”!  WE are Standing Up!  WE are Showing Up! and WE are Speaking UP!

So, breathe deeply! Close your eyes and visualize something that brings you back into homeostasis with your soul expression.  May today bring you a sense of peace, joy, and moments of feeling loved and validated for who you are and what you are gifting humanity.

STOP THE WARS! Hear Our Prayers “Great Spirit” NO MORE WARS!! Save Us From Ourselves!

Emergency Blog to Call In All Prayer Warriors on

Earth and Beyond

Prayers of the Prayer Warriors United

To Find Our Peace We are Listening to the Voices of a Thousand Angeles!

NO MORE WARS!!

Hear Our Prayers “Great Spirit”

Dear ‘Great Spirit”,

Oh Lord!!!! As if it was not enough for 21 + wars surging around our gifted planet at one time, now there is a now there is a tenuous and destructive action brewing across the Middle East! Why is humanity so dead set on taking arms against each other rather than to use their arms to embrace each other.  Why is there this forbearing edge in the spirit of MANkind to subscribe to the ideology of “lack and limitation” and that if we actually allow ourselves to live in peace and harmony with each other it will somehow make us weak and vulnerable to the position of losing what we have on the material plane.  We build walls to encase the borders of our land as if it was your intention that we claim sole ownership to anything that you have provided for all of us.

Today we have to pray without ceasing to bring into fruition a world that thrives on love and compassion instead of greed and possession.  We are praying for a renewal of the “holy spirit” that resides within our souls.  We need to live within the confines of our “Divined identity” that we were create with instead of the soul that has been tampered with by the whims of systems and people that are not in alignment with thee.  We know what the power of “Prayer” has over not just this planet but the universe that you dreamed and manifested into reality.

We know that with your Angels’ voices of truth and wisdom these your agents of guidance, nurturing, and protection shall fill us with faith in Thee and Hope for the future of a humanity that aligns itself with all that you have provided for us, on this earthly and plane and on the spiritual plane.  I am claiming the birthing of a new world that holds sacred the life of every human being and with reverence and gratitude for this planet and its resources that are provided to nurture our bodies and evolve our soul’s essence.

Ashé!  Ashé! Amêm!  Amen!

 We are praying without ceasing!

Pray for our world to lay down their weapons of death and destruction and pick up their armors of Love, Compassion, Justice, Consciousness, Forgiveness, and the Peace to create adn birth a new world order grounded in a heart space for humanity.

Thank You Jim Brickman for your beautiful music that vibrates through this recording. This is a selection from his album – “Music to Quiet Your Mind and Sooth Your World”.

Thank you Jason Gould for your son “World Gone Crazy”!  I asked “Great Spirit for a song to close my blog with because if I did not send out this prayer tonight as the world has gone crazy, as you say, I would not be able to sleep!  Your words are so on time!

The Beginning of Our Manifestation for World Peace A Time for Global Prayer-Revised #118

The Beginning of Our Manifestation for

World Peace

A Time for Global Prayer

We Must Stand in this Prayer Till

There is No More War!

One World, Build on a Firm Foundation of            Unconditional Love!

I want to invite everyone across the planet to join me today, and until humanity comes to the realization that war is a curse that threatens our very sustainability- PRAY FOR PEACE.   I will first ask “Great Spirit”, to fill my heart and soul with the words and thoughts that need to be shared in the prayer.

I hope that everyone will then share the prayer with all of their family and friends so that we know that the vibration of the prayer touches earth and soars to the heavens.  My prayer is that each of us will make this ritual of praying for peace a daily intention We will do this till heaven rings out with the resounding sound and a vibration of love that will engulf humanity.

Our Mantra Prayer for Peace-

Peace like a river soothes my soul.

Our Mantra Prayer for Peace~

This planet is craving and calling out for “Peace”!  We as individuals and as a collective humanity, cannot sustain our existence on this planet if we do not stop supporting the energies that thrive on greed, power, and destruction of our resources and our souls.  Human beings were not designed and created to be creatures of mass destruction and violence.

What evidence do I have for this statement?  When a child comes into this world, it comes in with pure peace, pure love, and pure intentions.  It is when they shift from being “in this world” to being “of this world”, that they are impacted by what society has created for them to navigate.

We can return to our “original divine identities”, if we choose to.  It will entail each of us creating a “energetic force field of Peace vibrations, to overcome the loud and boisterous negative destructive vibrations that seek to overtake that which is good and redemptive. We can be those agents of peace! One soul at a time!

Our Mantra Prayer for Today: “Peace”

Peace is the river of joy and love those flows through the veins of my physical and spiritual bodies. It is a vibration that I hold and give to share with the world so that I might be an agent of change that ushers peace in our world.

Thank You Jim Brickman for your beautiful music that vibrates through this recording. This is a selection from his album – “Music to Quiet Your Mind and Sooth Your World”.

Thank You Nicole Añgel Evans for sharing your artistic photography with us.  It grants us peace and soothes our souls.

Kusasa abahlobo bam,

Kulungile akuyomfuneko ukutsho ukuba le yayiyiveki eneziganeko kwihlabathi lethu lehlabathi.  Izinto ezintle zenzeka, kwaye kwangaxeshanye kwenzeka izinto ezifuna ukuqwalaselwa sonke njengabemi behlabathi.  Ndiyakholwa ukuba “intsebenziswano iqala ekhaya kwaye ngaphambi kokuba ndicebise kwaye ndithethelele kwamanye amazwe imicimbi, kufuneka ndifumane indlela yokusebenzisa iitalente zam kunye nezipho ukuthatha inxaxheba ekusombululeni iimeko ezithwaxa ilizwe lam.  Kwangaxeshanye, ndivakalelwa kwaye ndiyayiqonda into yokuba singabantu behlabathi jikelele abaxhomekeke omnye komnye ngokubhekiselele ekuzinzeni kweplanethi yethu kunye noluntu.   Konke oko kuthethwa, kwangaxeshanye, kubalulekile ukuba senze “ukuzinyamekela”.

Thina ngokwemvelo yethu kanye njengabafazi, abakhulisi kunye nabakhuseli.  Kum kubonakala ngathi kwabaninzi bethu, sinyathela kwimeko yokuziva sinetyala ukuba sizifica ngokuthabatha ixesha lokuzenzela izinto.  Kwabanye bethu lixesha “lokubetha nokuphosa” ukuba sikhuphe ixesha lokuzi-pamper kwaye sisebenzise isingxengxezo sokuba kufuneka senze oku okanye ukuba ngenxa yokuba sinembopheleleko yentlalo kwaye okubi ngakumbi, siqala ukuthatha thina kuba sinomcimbi wezempilo. Xa sizivumela ukuba sisebenze ngexesha elithi “hit and miss”, okanye “Kufuneka ndizenzele le nto kuba…”, asizenzeli nceba kuphela, sibonisa abanye ukuba asibathandi kwaye sizihloniphe.  Plus, ukuba asizinyamekeli, asiyi kuba ne-wherewithal yokuxhasa ubomi babo sibathandayo kwaye sibahlonela ngokuguquguqukayo.

Yintoni isiseko sokukwazi ukuzinyamekela kule siphithiphithi, ibheke phezulu, ngaphakathi ngaphandle, ihlabathi ngamnye wethu ahamba ngalo kukuba kuqala achaze ukuba yintoni esizisa kwimeko “yoXolo”.  Xa sibona uxolo lwethu size silubeke phambili kwimbonakaliso yethu yomphefumlo, sixhaswa ekulondolozeni ngaphandle kokugweba okanye ukuziva sinetyala.  Xa sihamba ebomini “ngoXolo”, sinika abanye umnqweno wokufumana uxolo lwabo lobuqu.  Xa sibambe loo mvakalelo yoxolo kwimbonakaliso yethu yomphefumlo, oko kwenzekayo kuthi okanye okusingqongileyo kunokusingathwa ngendlela enempilo ye-wholistic ezisa ukuzimisela kunye nesiseko.  Uxolo lunokuba yi-antidot ethomalalisa ixhala lethu kunye nokungakwazi ukutsala umva kunye nokuqwalasela ngaphambi kokusabela kwiimeko.  Fumana uxolo lwakho abahlobo bam!  Ufanelwe luxolo namathuba “okuzinyamekela”.  Yiba seluxolweni lwakho bahlobo bam kwaye uqaphele indlela izinto ezibukeka kwaye zivakalelwa ngayo ngokwahlukileyo xa ufika kwihlabathi “Amandla oXolo lwakho”!
