I guess each of us at some time in our lives have asked ourselves the question-“What’s It all About Anyway”?  It hits us many times throughout our lives at different times in our lives, but to be sure, it does come up!  Sometimes it happens when we are frustrated because we can’t seem to make sense of what we are doing on our jobs, or in our relationships, or simply trying to balance our lives financially in context to where we think we should be in terms of security and groundedness.  If we get all caught up in the questions instead of looking for the answers that quite frankly lie within us, we become paralyzed and can spin everything out of control and balance in our lives.  The truth is that we are on a journey that if we acknowledge it, everyone is on this particular journey in their own physical and ethereal bodies.  We come here specifically to do this “soul work”!  We come here to go on an amazing adventure and exploration to discover and uncover the “Meaning of Life”!

All the events, circumstances, experiences, and challenges we face are the elements that go into finally making the greatest discovery we could ever hope to find.  There is a magnificent discovery to be made on this journey we are taking!  I want to prepare you that it is not a pot of gold at the end of a rainbow or some ancient treasure that will change the course of your life!  It is not about some particular thing you have invented, or some great song you wrote. It is not about anything superficial that causes great accolades from other people.  it is not really about anything tangible you can imagine on this earthly plane.

 It breeds contentment and excitement when you discover it.  It hosts creativity and imagination when you unfold it. It breaths love, peace, and joy when you express it.  It holds and divulges a spirit of divinity when it is birthed in your consciousness.  When you embrace it and the journey you have taken to discover it, you will never be the same and you will never have to ask that question again.  You will have such clarity of sight and vision, that you will recognize when others have found it as well.  You will engage differently with those that have not yet found it because you will realize that they have not yet found it on their journey, and you will be patient and compassionate with them because you know that they will get it when the time is right.  When they have found it they too will be different.  They will be called to live differently and engage with humanity differently.

I probably should not tell you what I have discovered what the meaning of life is, but since I am busy embracing the journey and my discovery of the meaning of life, I can’t contain myself!  The meaning of life-here goes- “Is you”! yep, “you and the essence of who you are” is the meaning of life. It’s a fabulous journey this life span of ours!  It is such a feeling of completeness to realize who we are and that the meaning of life is, “who we are and the essence of our being”.  I think when you make your discovery you will be not only amazed but impressed of what you contribute to the fabric of our divine humanity. Embrace the journey it is more than worth it!
