In the past I have used this profound picture in a variety of messages because I see how it applies to so many different aspects of our human experience. This sculpture was the creation of the Ukrainian Artist-Alexander Milov. It speaks volumes! Tonight, I am writing this Blog in honor and support for the people of Ukraine. I am so heavy laden with anxiety and anger over the criminal attack on the people of the Ukraine. When I think of the thousands of children that are impacted by this malice, terror, trauma, and even death. This brutal attack is without a doubt classified as “Crimes Against Humanity”. The world is watching this man destroying a free country and blatantly killing it’s citizens. Innocent free human beings, attacked and killed right on the television and the internet for the world to sit back and see. This madness has got to be stopped yesterday.
What can the world do other than sanctions to stop Russia from invading another countries homeland? How can we as global citizens be of support one another to bring peace and love to our broken world? There must be an answer! There must be a way! We can no longer thrive in this disarray! We are too resourceful! We are too intelligent! We have access to too many gifts to let things go this way! Lift up your voices! Let the whole world know that you are a peace maker. You are a giver of love! You are willing “to Stand Up”, “Speak Up”, and “Show Up” to help to save humanity. We each can contribute! We each have a gift! We each have access to letting the powers to be know, that we want peace on earth, and no more war!
