The Pandemic unveiled and revealed a lot of insight for a lot of people that had an opportunity to re-evaluate their lifestyles and professional callings.  The outcome of this introspection and reflection has been labeled the “Era of Resignation”!  People had an opportunity to experience the lack of concern by so many employers and the public for the welfare of those in service or just an employee period.  People have awakened to wanting a better quality of life!  It is not just about the societal demise of our cities, states, and our country, it is about the imploding of our global humanity. 

People is law enforcement are retiring and the ability to recruit young people that have the same invested life’s purpose to “Serve and Protect” is not easy to find.  People want to be appreciated and respected. People want a work life balance and when you are in service to humanity, you want to come home to your family alive and well and I don’t just mean physically!  They want to come home mentally sound, emotionally balanced, and spiritually well!  We are seeing the same “resignation attitude” in teaching, medicine, just really jobs in “service” across the line! 

Something substantial has to change and evolve if we are going to regain and ignite any measure of interest, enthusiasm, and commitment to being a “Servant in the Service of Mankind”! We have to operate our lives at a higher vibration!
