We see You holy man! There, praying in that soil wet and easy like quicksand. Fall not! Christ himself came here once. Unsure the heavy burdened confronted the shadows of this temple. But you must go and be God’s light. The power of your thunderous pitch has reached the heavens. Like burst of white light the purity of your cause flashes across the sky and God smiles and boast of your prowess. Fear not gentle warrior! Your translations are sacred catalyst. They spill over thirsty nations. Take those hands and till! Turn over the compact earth. Forget that your hands bleed from its unforgiving texture. Here, in this garden where Judas was temped and Christ too, you sit perplexed with your back to the light and your spine hunched in resignation. Even the son of man who brought hope to the world sat here in this garden tempted by the darkness and worn by his brethren. Rise up! We see You Holy man.
We the unborn see you there. Such agony, beseech you not. Rise up you have led our people by the hundreds of thousands, and you have shaken free the limitations of all those blinded by fear. You have whispered change into the wind and its infectious howl has swept away the cowards of the nation. Fear not, in this your moment of weakness. You have carried the cross and though you think your job is done, remember Christ. He and His faith breathe into you, your very life. Imagine the importance of your stride, walk through pride for You Holy man, will one day give your grandchildren’s children a creed, a lesson for which to model their lives. You Holy man, speak for me the unborn child. You Holy man, are to turn to the light and march on in courage. Pivot now and make your mark in the dust that settles on this the floor of Gethsemane. Pivot and turn to the light Holy man.
Off your backside! Off your knees! You are worthy of the job! You have answered the call of the Almighty. Back over the bridge of Kidron you must go. Dashing through the olive trees and back to your cause. Be renewed by the voice of the unborn. Be inspired by the energy of the light and heat of God’s love. Make your footprints show that you pivoted in this the garden of Gethsemane, and marched onward with God’s Light behind your eyes. Take not a second glance of the Garden of Gethsemane.
