A Conversation in My Head-#7- “Lead Us Not Into Temptation, But Deliver Us From Evil”

When “Spirit” speaks I “Listen and Do”!

Well, “Spirit” woke me up early this morning with-

“Lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil”!  I know this is a verse in the “Lord’s Prayer” but at first, I could not understand why this came through to me in the wee hours of the morning light. There was no way to ignore it, because it kept getting stronger.  I didn’t know how to apply this in a blog, but then I kept feeling words, and the message became clearer.  We are living in a turbulent world that is filling our souls with fear and doubt and “Great Spirit” wants us to know that we are being brought into an illusion that we have no choice but to succumb to the evil that is being perpetrated so that through falling into the temptation to give up our divined ability to confront “Evil” with the tools that are embedded in our souls.

This is quite simple and although it takes work and tenacity, when we can elevate our consciousness and live in our soul identity. We know that we must live “In this world but not be of this world”. We shall be tempted, enticed, assaulted, and tricked into believing we are powerless, but we are not!

“Great Spirit” is calling us to not be tempted to-

Live in FEAR-

Give up HOPE-

Hide our capacity to LOVE-

Deny our call to be COMPASSIONATE-

Let JUSTICE fall on deaf ears, by not SPEAKING THE TRUTH-

Hide the treasures of our GIFTS that can heal a wounded humanity-

Let the circumstances of this world of illusions and contradictions steal our JOY-

Lose sight of the beauty that this planet has given us to connect us with Thee-

Forget who we are, who we belong to, and how deeply and profoundly You love us

Think that we have been forsaken and abandoned because where we are there You are and always will be.

Forget that we are never alone “doing life by ourselves” we come into this world with angels surrounding us, guiding us, and protecting us.  Our job is to not be tempted to leave that “Holy Light” and fall into the trap to be “of the world” instead of “in the world”.  Stay in the strength and fortitude of your divined soul.
