A Conversation in My Head-#15  Saturday a Day That Signifies Release, Restoration, and Sacred Rest to Recapture Our Alignment With Spirit!

When “Spirit” Speaks, I “Listen and Do”!

Saturday is spiritually connected with the energies of completion and wisdom.  We can see and feel Saturday as being a day that summaries everything we did during the week and have been holding emotionally and spiritually and allow ourselves to release that weight to the universe.  Saturday can be lived as a day of discernment and mercy towards ourselves. It is an opportunity to feel a real sense of relief and freedom.  Saturday aligns with Saturn and is reflective of wisdom, boundaries, and sacred structure.  These are crucial elements that we each need in our life to have balance and harmony in our lived experiences.  Saturn offers us grounding and clarity.  Thus Saturday is a day of relief. Breathe!

Saturday asks us to release what can be unburdened so that our soul can find rest.

Saturday asks us to let go of what was unfinished because we only get done what “God”- “Great Spirit” intended.

Saturday asks us to forgive ourselves of the things we thought fell short of our own expectations.

Saturday asks us to in return to release expectations placed on others.

Saturday asks us to honor and respect limits without attaching guilt to what we need for ourselves and what others want for themselves.

Saturday is a day of rest not inactivity.  What we learn from the essence of what Saturday provides for us is what might seem to be a day without movement is actually a day of integration.  How else would we be able to analysis and evaluate what we keep in our experiential life lessons, and what we choose to discard. We have to come to a realization that the wisdom that we need in our life grows in the “Stillness”.  We have to understand that renewal of mind, body, and spirit, requires space.  We have to allow ourselves to appreciate the value of rest and honor it for what it provides our wellbeing.  We need to acknowledge that “REST” is not us being lazy, but instead it is being in obedient to our body and soul.  It would be amazing if we could see Saturday as a gift which allows us to pause, reset our souls, and prepare and implement our renewal.  This is where and how we find that sense of “Completion”.

Oh how I do love Saturday!
